Abstract
Description
도 1a는 종래 세퍼레이터를 구성하는 다공성 폴리올레핀 필름의 표면 모폴로지의 현미경 촬영 사진이고, 도 1b는 본 발명의 일 양태에 따르는 세퍼레이터를 구성하는 다공성 폴리올레핀 필름의 표면 모폴로지의 현미경 촬영 사진이다.
도 2a는 종래 세퍼레이터의 표면 모폴로지의 현미경 촬영 사진이고, 도 2b는 본 발명의 일 양태에 따르는 세퍼레이터의 표면 모폴로지의 현미경 촬영 사진이다.

Claims (6)
- 폴리올레핀 수지와 가소제를 함유하는 수지 조성물을 압출하는 단계;
압출된 상기 수지 조성물을 연신하여 시트상의 폴리올레핀 필름을 수득하는 단계;
상기 폴리올레핀 필름으로부터 상기 가소제를 추출하여 다공성 폴리올레핀 필름을 수득하는 단계;
무기물/유기물 입자와 바인더 고분자를 포함하여 이루어진 다공성 코팅층을 형성하기 위한 슬러리를 상기 다공성 폴리올레핀 필름의 적어도 일 면에 코팅하여 세퍼레이터를 수득하는 단계; 및
상기 세퍼레이터를 열고정 하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 슬러리가 다공성 폴리올레핀 필름의 적어도 일 면에 코팅된 후 슬러리의 분산매가 완전히 증발되기 이전에, 다공성 코팅층 형성을 위한 슬러리가 코팅되어 있는 다공성 폴리올레핀 필름을 기계횡방향으로 연신하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
전기화학소자용 세퍼레이터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기계횡방향 연신이 다공성 폴리올레핀 필름의 폭 기준으로 1.0배보다 크고 2.5배 이하가 되도록 하는 범위로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 세퍼레이터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열고정은 130℃ 내지 135℃에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 세퍼레이터의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 세퍼레이터.
- 캐소드, 애노드, 및 캐소드와 애노드 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전기화학소자에 있어서,
상기 세퍼레이터는 제4항에 따른 전기화학소자용 세퍼레이터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 전기화학소자는 리튬 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자.
