도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 다중 분자진단을 위한 칩 구조를 나타낸 분해사시도이다.

Claims (9)
- 주입되는 진단대상 시료가 통과할 수 있는 시료통과홀이 형성되고 진단 대상의 특정 핵산에 대한 등온증폭반응 프라이머, 증폭반응효소 및 증폭반응에 따라 형광이 변화하는 지시약을 포함하는 반응용액이 존재하는 복수의 반응 패턴이 형성되어 있는 반응패드;
상기 반응패드의 하면에 배치되며 상기 시료통과홀과 대응되는 위치에 제1시료통과채널이 형성되고 상기 반응 패턴과 대응되는 제2시료통과채널이 형성되어 있는 채널패드; 및
상기 채널패드 하면에 배치되며, 상기 시료통과홀로부터 주입되어 상기 제1시료통과채널을 통하여 이송되는 시료를 상기 제2시료통과채널을 통하여 상기 반응 패턴에 이송하는 이송패드;를 포함하고
상기 제1시료통과채널을 통하여 상기 시료통과홀을 통과하여 투입된 상기 진단대상 시료가 바로 이송패드에 공급되고, 상기 이송패드에 공급된 시료가 상기 상기 제2시료통과채널을 통하여 상기 반응패턴에 공급되어 반응이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 분자진단 칩 구조.
- 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 반응용액은 PVA를 더 포함하는 다중 분자진단 칩 구조.
- 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 반응 패드 상면에 배치되며, 상기 시료통과홀과 대응되는 위치에 시료주입구가 형성되는 커버를 더 포함하는 다중 분자진단 칩 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 반응 패턴은 샘플투입여부를 확인할 수 있는 비교패턴과 진단대상 시료에 포함된 특정 DNA를 검출할 수 있는 검출패턴이 둘 이상 형성되고,
상기 검출패턴에는 각각 별도의 특정 DNA에 대한 등온증폭반응 프라이머 및 증폭반응효소가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 분자진단 칩 구조.
- 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 반응패드의 상부에 형성되며 상기 시료통과홀과 대응되는 시료투입부 및 상기 반응패턴과 대응되는 위치에 형성되는 패턴확인부가 형성된 상부케이스 및 상기 이송패드 하부에 형성되며 상기 상부케이스와 결합되는 하부케이스를 더 포함하는 다중 분자진단 칩 구조
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 반응패드는 다공성의 유리 멤브레인(glass membrane)인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 분자진단 칩 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 채널패드는 니트로셀룰로오스 또는 폴리에테르슬폰 멤브레인 인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 분자진단 칩 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이송패드는 하부 방향으로 기공 크기가 작아지는 비대칭 구조를 가지는 멤브레인인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 분자진단 칩 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 지시약은 HNB(Hydroxynaphthol Blue)를 포함하는 다중 분자진단 칩 구조.
