Abstract
외층 및 내층의 2 층 이상의 포백으로 이루어지고, 방호복에 사용했을 때, 내층이 피부측에 배치되는 방호복용 적층 포백으로서, 외층이, JIS L 1091 E 법으로 측정한 LOI 치 (한계 산소 지수) 가 21 이상인 섬유로 구성된 포백이고, 내층이, JIS L 1091 E 법으로 LOI 치 (한계 산소 지수) 가 21 이상, 열 확산율이 2.2×10-6㎡s-1 이상인 섬유로 구성된 포백이며, 또한 그 포백의 공극률이 85 % 이상 98 % 미만, 두께가 0.5 ㎜ 이상 8.0 ㎜ 이하, 겉보기 중량이 80 g/㎡ 이상 250 g/㎡ 이하인 방호복용 적층 포백, 또한 이 방호복용 적층 포백을 사용한 방호복.

Claims (10)
- 외층 및 내층의 2 층 이상의 포백으로 이루어지고, 방호복에 사용했을 때, 내층이 피부측에 배치되는 방호복용 적층 포백으로서, 외층이, JIS L 1091 E 법으로 측정한 LOI 치 (한계 산소 지수) 가 21 이상인 섬유로 구성된 포백이고, 내층이, JIS L 1091 E 법으로 LOI 치 (한계 산소 지수) 가 21 이상, 열 확산율이 2.2×10-6㎡·s-1 이상인 섬유로 구성된 포백이며, 또한 상기 내층의 공극률이 85 % 이상 98 % 미만, 두께가 0.5 ㎜ 이상 8.0 ㎜ 이하, 겉보기 중량이 80 g/㎡ 이상 250 g/㎡ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방호복용 적층 포백.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
내층의 포백의 통기도가 20 ㎤/㎡·sec 이상인 방호복용 적층 포백. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
내층의 포백을 구성하는 섬유가, 섬유 형성성 고분자로 이루어지고, 열전도율이 70 W/(m·k) 이상인 물질로 이루어지는 미립자를 함유하는 방호복용 적층 포백. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
내층의 포백을 구성하는 섬유가, 섬유 형성성 고분자로 이루어지고, 카본 분말, 카본 나노 튜브, 다이아몬드, 은, 구리, 금, 및 알루미늄의 미립자 중 적어도 1 개를 포함하는 방호복용 적층 포백. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
내층의 포백이 부직포인 방호복용 적층 포백. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
내층의 포백이 기모되어 있는 방호복용 적층 포백. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
내층의 포백이, 탄소 섬유를 50 중량% 이상 함유하는 방호복용 적층 포백. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
외층 및 내층 사이에 중간층을 갖고, 그 중간층이 JIS L 1091 E 법으로 LOI 치 (한계 산소 지수) 가 25 이상인 섬유로 이루어지는 포백에 투습 방수성 필름을 적층 고착시킨 포백인 방호복용 적층 포백. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
방호복에 사용했을 때, 내층보다 더욱 피부측에 배치되는, 이지층을 갖는 방호복용 적층 포백. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방호복용 적층 포백을 사용한 방호복.
