Claims (12)
- (A) 폴리아마이드-6 중합체 45 내지 90 중량%;
(B) 단면 평균직경이 5 내지 15 ㎛이고, 길이가 5 내지 15 mm인 탄소 장섬유 강화제 5 내지 40 중량%;
(C) 용융지수가 10 내지 40 g/10min (@230℃, 2.16 kg)인 에틸렌-α-C4~12 올레핀 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 열가소성 탄성체 1 내지 10 중량%;
(D) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 실란화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 실란계 커플링제 1 내지 5 중량%; 및
(E) 하기 화학식 2a로 표시되는 인산나트륨계 핵제 0.1 내지 2 중량% ;
를 포함하는 발포사출용 탄소 장섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 조성물.

(상기 화학식 1에서, R1, R2, 및 R3은 각각 수소원자, 하이드록시기, C1-C10 알킬기, 또는 C1-C10 알콕시기이고; X은 단일결합선 또는 C1-C10 알킬렌기이고; Y는 머캅토기, 아미노기, 비닐기, 메타아크릴기, 메타아크릴옥시기, 에폭시기, 3,4-에폭시시클로헥실기 또는 글리시독시이다.)

(상기 화학식 2a에서, R은 벤젠링의 치환그룹으로서 메틸기, 에틸기, 노말프로필기, 이소프로필기, 노말부틸기, 및 tert-부틸기로 부터 선택되고, m은 R의 치환개수로 0 내지 3의 정수이다)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
(A) 폴리아마이드-6 중합체는 수평균분자량이 20,000 내지 70,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포사출용 탄소 장섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
(B) 탄소 장섬유 강화제는 폴리아크릴로나이트릴(PAN), 피치(Pitch) 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포사출용 탄소 장섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
(B) 탄소 장섬유 강화제에는 탄소 장섬유 강화제 중량대비 0.1 내지 3 중량%의 사이징(Sizing)제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포사출용 탄소 장섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 사이징(Sizing)제는 우레탄 수지, 아크릴 수지, 스티렌 수지 및 에폭시 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포사출용 탄소 장섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 조성물.

(D) 실란계 커플링제는 상기 화학식 1에서 R1, R2, 및 R3은 각각 C1-C10 알킬기 또는 C1-C10 알콕시기이고; X는 C1-C10 알킬렌기이고; Y는 메타아크릴옥시기, 3,4-에폭시시클로헥실기 또는 글리시독시기인 실란화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포사출용 탄소 장섬유 강화 열가소성 수지 조성물.

상기 성형품은 자동차용 파노라마 선루프 프레임인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
