Claims (8)
- 제강 슬래그로부터 인 및 칼슘을 회수하는 방법이며,
이산화탄소를 30 ppm 이상 포함한 수용액과, 상기 제강 슬래그를 접촉시키고, 상기 제강 슬래그중의 인 및 칼슘을 상기 수용액에 용출시키는 제1 공정과,
상기 제1 공정 뒤, 상기 수용액으로부터 상기 이산화탄소를 제거하고, 인 화합물 및 칼슘 화합물을 포함한 혼합물을 석출시키는 제2 공정을 가지고,
상기 제2 공정은,
상기 수용액으로부터 상기 이산화탄소의 일부를 제거하고, 인 농도가 3.17~14.60 질량%인 상기 혼합물을 석출시키는 제3 공정과,
상기 제3 공정의 뒤에, 상기 수용액으로부터 상기 이산화탄소를 더 제거하고, 인 농도가 0.02 질량% 이하인 상기 혼합물을 석출시키는 제4 공정을 가지는,
인 및 칼슘의 회수 방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제3 공정에 있어서의 상기 혼합물의 석출 속도는, 0.1 g/min·L이하인,
인 및 칼슘의 회수 방법. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 제2 공정에서는, 공기, 질소, 산소, 수소, 아르곤 및 헬륨으로 되어있는 군으로부터 선택되는 1 또는 2이상의 가스를 상기 수용액내에 취입함으로써, 상기 이산화탄소의 제거를 행하는,
인 및 칼슘의 회수 방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제3 공정에서는, 상기 가스의 상기 수용액내로의 취입을 단속적으로 행하는, 인 및 칼슘의 회수 방법. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 제2 공정에서는, 상기 수용액을 감압함으로써, 상기 수용액으로부터 상기 이산화탄소의 제거를 행하는, 인 및 칼슘의 회수 방법. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 제2 공정에서는, 상기 수용액을 가열함으로써, 상기 수용액으로부터 상기 이산화탄소의 제거를 행하는, 인 및 칼슘의 회수 방법. - 청구항 1에 기재한 인 및 칼슘의 회수 방법에 의해 얻어지는 혼합물이며,
인 화합물 및 칼슘 화합물을 포함하고,
인을 원자 환산으로 1 질량%이상 함유하는,
혼합물.
