Claims (9)
- 오일 펌프로부터 토출되는 윤활유를 사용해서 윤활을 행함과 함께 워터 펌프로부터 토출되는 냉각수를 사용해서 냉각을 행하는 내연 기관에 적용되는, 내연 기관의 제어 장치이며,
상기 내연 기관은,
상기 오일 펌프를 구동하는 제1 모터와,
상기 워터 펌프를 구동하는 제2 모터와,
상기 제2 모터에 의해 상기 오일 펌프를 구동할 수 없는 제1 상태 및 상기 제2 모터에 의해 상기 오일 펌프를 구동할 수 있는 제2 상태 중 어느 한쪽의 상태로 전환되는 제1 전환 기구
를 갖고,
상기 제어 장치는,
상기 제1 모터가 고장났는지 여부를 판정하는 고장 판정 수단과,
상기 제1 모터가 고장났다고 판정되지 않는 경우에는 상기 제1 전환 기구에 의해 상기 제1 상태를 실현시키고, 상기 제1 모터가 고장났다고 판정된 경우에는 상기 제1 전환 기구에 의해 상기 제2 상태를 실현시키는 제어 수단
을 구비한, 내연 기관의 제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어 수단은,
상기 제1 모터가 고장났다고 판정된 경우, 상기 내연 기관의 발생 토크를 임계값 토크 이하로 제한하는 토크 제한 제어 및 상기 내연 기관의 기관 회전 속도를 임계값 회전 속도 이하로 제한하는 속도 제한 제어 중 적어도 한쪽을 실행하도록 구성된, 내연 기관의 제어 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전환 기구는,
상기 제2 모터의 출력축과 상기 오일 펌프의 회전축이 동력 전달 불능으로 되도록 분리함으로써 상기 제1 상태를 실현하고, 또한 상기 제2 모터의 출력축과 상기 오일 펌프의 회전축을 동력 전달 가능으로 되도록 연결함으로써 상기 제2 상태를 실현하는 제1 클러치 기구인,
내연 기관의 제어 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전환 기구는,
상기 제1 모터의 출력축과 일체로 회전하는 제1 기어와 상기 제2 모터의 출력축과 일체로 회전하는 제2 기어를 직접적으로도 간접적으로도 맞물리지 않게 함으로써 상기 제1 상태를 실현하고, 또한 상기 제1 기어와 상기 제2 기어를 직접적 또는 간접적으로 맞물리게 함으로써 상기 제2 상태를 실현하는 제1 기어 기구인, 내연 기관의 제어 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1 기어의 잇수와 상기 제2 기어의 잇수가 서로 상이하게 구성된, 내연 기관의 제어 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제어 수단은,
상기 제1 모터가 고장났다고 판정된 경우, 상기 제2 모터의 출력을, 상기 제2 모터가 상기 워터 펌프를 구동할 때 요구되는 출력보다도 크게 하도록 구성된, 내연 기관의 제어 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 내연 기관은,
상기 제2 모터에 의해 상기 워터 펌프를 구동할 수 있는 제3 상태 및 상기 제2 모터에 의해 상기 워터 펌프를 구동할 수 없는 제4 상태 중 어느 한쪽의 상태로 전환되는 제2 전환 기구를, 더 구비하고,
상기 제어 수단은,
상기 제1 모터가 고장났다고 판정되지 않는 경우에는 상기 제2 전환 기구에 의해 상기 제3 상태를 실현시키고, 상기 제1 모터가 고장났다고 판정된 경우에는 상기 제2 전환 기구에 의해 상기 제4 상태를 실현시키도록 구성된,
내연 기관의 제어 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제2 전환 기구는,
상기 제2 모터의 출력축과 상기 워터 펌프의 회전축을 동력 전달 가능으로 되도록 연결함으로써 상기 제3 상태를 실현하고, 또한 상기 제2 모터의 출력축과 상기 워터 펌프의 회전축이 동력 전달 불능으로 되도록 분리함으로써 상기 제4 상태를 실현하는 제2 클러치 기구인, 내연 기관의 제어 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제2 전환 기구는,
상기 워터 펌프의 회전축과 일체로 회전하는 제3 기어와 상기 제2 모터의 출력축과 일체로 회전하는 제4 기어를 직접적 또는 간접적으로 맞물리게 함으로써 상기 제3 상태를 실현하고 또한 상기 제3 기어와 상기 제4 기어를 직접적으로도 간접적으로도 맞물리지 않게 함으로써 상기 제4 상태를 실현하는 제2 기어 기구인, 내연 기관의 제어 장치.
