Claims (15)
- 하기 식 I의 화합물.
(Ax, By, M1-x-y)·SiO3·(SiO2)n (I)
[식중에서
M은 Ca, Sr, Ba로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 양이온이다,
A 및 B는 Eu2+ 및 Mn2+이다,
0 < n ≤ 10,
0 < x ≤ 0.3 및 0 < y ≤ 0.3]. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
0.5 < n ≤ 7인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
0.02 < x ≤ 0.2 및 0.02 < y ≤ 0.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 식 I의 화합물의 제조 방법으로서,
a) 규소 함유제 및 원소 M, A 및 B를 함유하는 염을 미리결정된 몰비로 용매중에서 혼합하는 단계,
b) 침전제를 첨가하는 단계,
c) 산화성 분위기 하에서 900 내지 1300℃의 온도 범위에서 혼합물에 대해 1차 열처리를 수행하는 단계,
d) 환원성 분위기 하에서 900 내지 1300℃의 온도 범위에서 혼합물에 대해 2차 열처리를 수행하는 단계를 포함하는, 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
(단계 a에서) 상기 염은 질산염, 할로겐화물, 하이드로설페이트 또는 탄산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
(단계 b에서) 상기 침전제는 탄산수소나트륨, 염화암모늄 또는 탄산수소암모늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 규소 함유제는 SiO2인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조 방법. - 방출 최대치가 250nm 내지 530nm 의 범위에 있는 적어도 하나의 광원을 갖는 조명 유닛으로서,
이의 방사선의 전부 또는 일부가 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 화합물에 의해 더 장파장의 방사선으로 변환되는, 조명 유닛. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 광원은 발광성 인듐 알루미늄 갈륨 질화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 유닛. - 제 8 항에 기재된 조명 유닛을 적어도 하나 갖는, 백라이팅 시스템.
- 제 10 항에 기재된 백라이팅 시스템이 하나 이상 장착된, 액정 디스플레이 (LCD).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 화합물을 포함하는, 전자 또는 전기광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
발광성 다이오드로부터 청색 또는 근자외선 방출의 전부 또는 일부의 변환을 위한 변환 형광체로서 사용되는, 화합물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
태양 전지를 위한 파장 변환 재료로서 사용되는, 화합물.
