Abstract
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 양측으로 전선이 삽입되는 본체와, 상기 본체의 내측에 구비되어 양측 전선을 전기적으로 연결하는 단자플레이트와, 상기 단자플레이트의 하부에 구비되어 전선과 단자플레이트의 연결을 유지하기 위한 접속단자를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 접속단자의 양단부에는 고정편이 구비되되, 상기 고정편은 서로 마주보는 방향으로 경사지게 절곡형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)
- 양측으로 전선이 삽입되는 본체와,
상기 본체의 내측에 구비되어 양측 전선을 전기적으로 연결하는 단자플레이트와,
상기 단자플레이트의 하부에 구비되어 전선과 단자플레이트의 연결을 유지하기 위한 접속단자와,
상기 접속단자를 슬라이딩 가압하여 상기 단자플레이트와 접속단자를 이격시키는 레버를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 본체의 내측에는 상기 단자플레이트와 접속단자가 수용되는 수용부가 형성되고,
상기 접속단자의 양단부에는 고정편이 구비되되, 상기 고정편은 서로 마주보는 방향으로 경사지게 절곡 형성되며,
상기 본체의 상부 양측에는 상기 고정편을 제어하기 위한 레버가 각각 구비되되, 상기 레버는 본체의 상부에 구비되는 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 하부로 돌출 형성되어 상기 고정편을 가압하는 작동부로 이루어지고, 상기 작동부는 고정편과 접하는 부분이 라운드지도록 경사지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원전선 연결용 커넥터.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 본체의 길이방향 양측 상부에는 상기 수용부와 연통되는 제1장공이 형성되어 상기 작동부가 삽입되고,
상기 단자플레이트의 길이방향 양단부에는 상기 제1장공에 대응되도록 제2장공이 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원전선 연결용 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 작동부는 몸체의 하면 폭방향 중심부에 형성되거나, 몸체의 하면 폭방향 양측에 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원전선 연결용 커넥터.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 작동부의 상단 일측에는 상기 제1장공의 일단에 형성되는 걸림턱이 삽입되는 제1걸림홈이 형성되고,
상기 작동부의 상단 타측에는 상기 제1장공의 타단이 삽입되도록 제2걸림홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원전선 연결용 커넥터.
