Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부텐-1 및 탄산칼슘을 포함하는 수지 조성물을 필름 형태로 압출 성형하는 단계;
압출 성형된 필름을 80 내지 165℃에서 2초 내지 24시간동안 열처리하는 단계; 및
열처리된 필름을 -20 내지 80 ℃에서 10 내지 300 % 연신율로 일축 또는 이축 방향으로 저온 연신시키고, 이어서 60 내지 135 ℃에서 10 내지 300 % 연신율로 일축 또는 이축 방향으로 고온 연신하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 탄산칼슘은 50 내지 200 nm 크기를 갖는 구형 또는 입방체 형태를 가지며,
상기 탄산칼슘은 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리부텐-1을 합한 총 100 중량부를 기준으로 40 내지 70 중량부의 양으로 포함되고,
수지 중합체와 탄산칼슘 계면에서의 결함(defects)으로부터 형성된 기공을 포함하는 것인 전기화학소자용 분리막의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열처리된 필름이 10,000 sec/100cc 보다 큰 걸리값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전기화학소자용 분리막이 100 내지 135 ℃ 범위의 셧-다운 온도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열처리가 가열된 롤이나 금속판에 필름을 접촉시키거나, 필름을 공기중 또는 불활성 가스 중에서 가열하거나, 또는 필름을 롤 모양으로 권취한 후에 기상 중에서 가열하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄산칼슘이 칼사이트(calcite) 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 분리막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전기화학소자가 리튬이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학소자용 분리막의 제조방법.
