도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 하도층을 형성한 보드의 단면도 및 부분 확대도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 요철 문양 경면판의 사시도 및 부분 확대도이다.
도 4는 도 3에 도시된 요철 문양 경면판에 의하여 하도층이 형성된 보드 표면에 도료 엠보층을 형성하는 방법을 도시한 개략도이다.
도 5는 도료 엠보층이 하도층과 보드 표면에 형성된 보드의 단면도 및 부분 확대도이다.
도 6은 도료 엠보층이 하도층에 형성된 보드의 단면도 및 부분 확대도이다.

Claims (5)
- 평판형 보드 표면에 요철문양 경면판을 압착하여 엠보층을 형성함에 있어서,
요철문양 경면판을 압착하여 엠보층을 형성하기 전에, 평판형 보드 상에 하도용 도료를 도포하여 하도층을 형성하고,
평판형 보드 표면의 상기 하도층에 열을 가하면서, 요철문양 경면판을 압착하여, 하도층에만 도료 엠보층을 형성한 후에, 도료 엠보층 위에 상도용 도료를 도포하여 상도층을 형성하되,
상기 상도용 도료와 하도용 도료는 동일한 성분의 도료를 사용하여 상도용 도료가 하도층의 도료 엠보층 골이나 요부로 흘러 들어가 메꾸지 않게 하고,
상기 상도층은 상기 하도층의 도료 엠보층 표면에 균일한 두께로 형성하여 상기 하도층에 형성된 도료 엠보층의 요철 문양이 고광택 상도층에 그대로 재현되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 엠보 보드 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 상도층은 자외선(UV) 도료로 형성하고, 상기 하도층은 자외선(UV) 도료(UV 우드실러 또는 UV 샌딩 실러)로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 엠보 보드 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 상도층은 폴리에스터(PE) 도료로 형성하고, 상기 하도층은 폴리에스터 도료로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 엠보 보드 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 상도층은 폴리우레탄(PU) 도료로 형성하고, 상기 하도층은 폴리우레탄 도료로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 엠보 보드 제조 방법.
