Claims (9)
- 하드 코팅액 조성물로,
졸상 금속 산화물 화합물을 물에 분산시켜 수분산액을 얻고,
상기에서 얻어진 수분산액을 실란 커플링제와 가수분해 및 축합반응시켜 얻어지는 생성물에 표면장력저하제 및 침투습윤제를 가한 후, 교반, 숙성하여 얻어지되,
졸상 금속 산화물 화합물을 함유하는 수분산액에 실란 커플링제와 반응을 pH 4.5 내지 5.5의 조건에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하여 얻어진 생성물을 함유하는 하드 코팅 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 졸상 금속 산화물 화합물의 금속 산화물 화합물이 알루미나 수화물, 뵈마이트, 콜로이달 실리카, 수산화아연, 수산화지르코늄 및 수산화티타늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하여 얻어진 생성물을 함유하는 하드 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 실란 커플링제가 글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 하드 코팅액 조성물은 점도 조정 및 안정제를 더 포함하고, 상기 점도 조정 및 안정제가 아세틸아세톤이고, 표면장력저하제가 폴리에테르 실록산 코폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 침투 습윤제가 아세틸아세톤 및 에틸아세토아세테이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코팅 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 5의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
금속 산화물 화합물의 평균 입경이 40~80nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하여 얻어진 생성물을 함유하는 하드 코팅 조성물. - 청구항 1 내지 5의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
금속 산화물 졸에 대해서 물 5 내지 25중량배로 분산시켜 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하여 얻어진 생성물을 함유하는 하드 코팅 조성물. - 삭제
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 실란 커플링제에 대한 금속 산화물의 반응비가 2.5중량배 내지 8중량배인 것을 특징으로 하여 얻어진 생성물을 함유하는 하드 코팅 조성물.
