Abstract
.
화합물은 항진균제로서 유용하다. 구체적으로는,화합물은 트리코파이톤 루브룸(Tricophyton Rubrum), 트리코파이톤 멘타그로파이테스(Tricophyton Mentagrophytes), 아스페르길루스 니게르(Aspergillus Niger) 및 스코풀라리옵시스 브레비카울리스(Scopulariopsis Brevicaulis)에 대해 시험되었다. 화합물은 또한 칸디다 알비칸스(Candida Albicans) 및 칸디다 글라브라타(Candida Glabrata) 와 같은 칸디다(Candida)종에 대해서도 활성이다.

Claims (16)
- 하기 화학식 (I) 의 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염:
(식 중, R2 및 R3 은 서로 독립적으로, 하기로부터 선택되고:
a) -C1-C6 알킬, 단, R2 및 R3 이 둘다 메틸은 아님,
b) -(CH2)n-아릴, 4-할로-벤질 또는 4-할로-페닐,
c) -(CH2)n-시클로알킬,
d) -(CH2)n-헤테로사이클,
e) -(CH2)n-OR6,
f) -(CH2)n-CN,
g) -(CH2)n-NR4R5,
h) 이들과 결합된 질소 원자와 함께 산소 및 황으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 내지 3개의 헤테로원자를 함유하는, 5- 내지 8-원 헤테로모노사이클을 형성하거나, 또는
i) 이들과 결합된 질소 원자와 함께 (i) 1개 또는 2개의 포화 또는 불포화 고리 또는, 질소, 산소 및 황으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1개 내지 3개의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 기타 헤테로사이클에 융합된, 5- 내지 8-원 헤테로모노사이클; 또는 (ii) 할로 및/또는 히드록시 치환된 디히드로퀴놀린을 형성함;
식 중, R4 및 R5 는 서로 독립적으로, 하기로부터 선택되고:
a) -H,
b) -C1-C6 알킬,
c) -(CH2)n-아릴,
d) -(CH2)n-시클로알킬,
e) -(CH2)n-헤테로사이클,
f) -(CH2)n-OR6,
g) -(CH2)n-CN,
h) 이들과 결합된 질소 원자와 함께 질소, 산소 및 황으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 내지 3개의 헤테로원자를 함유하는, 5- 내지 8-원 헤테로모노사이클을 형성하거나, 또는
j) 이들과 결합된 질소 원자와 함께 1개 또는 2개의 포화 또는 불포화 고리 또는, 질소, 산소 및 황으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1개 내지 3개의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 기타 헤테로사이클에 융합된, 5- 내지 8-원 헤테로모노사이클을 형성함;
식 중, R6 은 하기로부터 선택되고:
a) -H,
b) -C1-C6 알킬,
c) -(CH2)n-아릴,
d) -(CH2)n-시클로알킬, 또는
e) -(CH2)n-헤테로사이클;
식 중, n 은 0 내지 6 의 정수임). - 제1항에 있어서,
식 중, R2 및 R3 은 서로 독립적으로, 하기로부터 선택되고:
a) -C1-C6 알킬, 단, R2 및 R3 이 둘다 메틸은 아님,
b) -(CH2)n-아릴, 4-할로-벤질 또는 4-할로-페닐,
c) -(CH2)n-시클로알킬,
d) -(CH2)n-헤테로사이클,
e) -(CH2)n-OR6,
f) -(CH2)n-CN,

그리고 식 중, R6 은 H 인 화합물. - 제1항에 있어서,
식 중, R2 및 R3 이 서로 독립적으로, 하기로부터 선택되는 화합물:
a) -C1-C6 알킬, 단, R2 및 R3 이 둘다 메틸은 아님,
b) -(CH2)n-아릴, 4-할로-벤질 또는 4-할로-페닐 또는
