Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 불소 함유 중합체를 포함하는 중간층, 및 합성 수지를 포함하는 투습 방수층을 갖고 이루어지는 투습 방수 포백이며,
불소 함유 중합체가,
(a) 식:
[식 중, X는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이고,
Y는 -O- 또는 -NH-이고,
Z는 직접 결합 또는 2가의 유기기이고,
Rf는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 플루오로알킬기임]
로 표시되는 불소 함유 단량체, 및
(b) 할로겐화 올레핀 단량체
로부터 유도된 반복 단위를 갖고 이루어지고, 400㎩·s 이상의 160℃에서의 동적 점탄성을 갖는 불소 함유 중합체이고,
불소 함유 중합체는 제1 단량체로 형성되어 있는 제1 중합체와, 제2 단량체로 형성되어 있는 제2 중합체를 포함하여 이루어지는 불소 함유 중합체이며,
제1 중합체의 존재 하에 제2 단량체가 중합되어 있고,
제1 단량체 및 제2 단량체 중 적어도 한쪽은 불소 함유 단량체 (a)를 포함하고,
제1 단량체는 할로겐화 올레핀 단량체 (b)를 포함하지 않고,
제2 단량체는 할로겐화 올레핀 단량체 (b)를 포함하는 투습 방수 포백. - 제1항에 있어서,
불소 함유 단량체 (a)는,
[식 중, X는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이고;
Y는 -O- 또는 -NH-이고;
Z는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 지방족기, 탄소수 6 내지 18의 방향족기 또는 환상 지방족기,
-CH2CH2N(R1)SO2-기(단, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기임) 또는
-CH2CH(OZ1)CH2-기(단, Z1은 수소 원자 또는 아세틸기임) 또는
-(CH2)m-SO2-(CH2)n-기 또는 -(CH2)m-S-(CH2)n-기(단, m은 1 내지 10, n은 0 내지 10임),
Rf는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 직쇄상 또는 분지상의 플루오로알킬기임]
로 표시되는 것인 투습 방수 포백. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
할로겐화 올레핀 단량체 (b)는 염소 원자, 브롬 원자 또는 요오드 원자로 치환되어 있는 탄소수 2 내지 20의 올레핀인 투습 방수 포백. - 제1항에 있어서,
할로겐화 올레핀 단량체 (b)는 염화비닐, 브롬화비닐, 요오드화비닐, 염화비닐리덴, 브롬화비닐리덴 및 요오드화비닐리덴으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 투습 방수 포백. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1 단량체 또는 제2 단량체는 비불소 단량체 (c)를 포함하고, 비불소 단량체 (c)는 비가교성 단량체 또는 가교성 단량체인 투습 방수 포백. - 제5항에 있어서,
가교성 단량체인 비불소 단량체 (c)는 반응성기를 갖는 모노(메트)아크릴레이트, (메트)디아크릴레이트 또는 모노(메트)아크릴아미드인 투습 방수 포백. - 제1항에 있어서,
합성 수지가 폴리우레탄 수지, 아크릴 수지 및 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 투습 방수 포백. - 제1항에 있어서,
투습 방수층이, 합성 수지를 도포함으로써 또는 합성 수지의 필름을 부착함으로써 형성되어 있는 투습 방수 포백. - 제9항에 있어서,
합성 수지의 필름은, 접착제에 의해 불소 함유 중합체의 중간층에 부착되어 있는 투습 방수 포백. - 제1항에 있어서,
불소 함유 중합체의 150℃ 및 170℃에서의 동적 점탄성이 각각 500㎩·s 이상 및 300㎩·s 이상인 투습 방수 포백. - (ⅰ) 불소 함유 중합체를 포함하여 이루어지는 불소 함유 처리제를 섬유 포백에 적용하여, 불소 함유 중합체를 포함하는 중간층을 형성하는 공정, 및
(ⅱ) 불소 함유 중합체의 중간층 위에 합성 수지를 적용함으로써 투습 방수층을 형성하는 공정
을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 기재된 투습 방수 포백의 제조 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
합성 수지의 적용이, 합성 수지를 도포함으로써 또는 합성 수지의 필름을 부착함으로써 행해지는 제조 방법. - 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,
합성 수지가 폴리우레탄 수지, 아크릴 수지 및 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
합성 수지의 필름을 접착제에 의해 불소 함유 중합체의 중간층에 부착시키는 제조 방법. - 불소 함유 중합체를 포함하여 이루어지는 불소 함유 처리제를 섬유 포백에 적용하여, 불소 함유 중합체의 중간층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 포백의 처리 방법이며,
불소 함유 중합체가,
(a) 식:
[식 중, X는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이고,
Y는 -O- 또는 -NH-이고,
Z는 직접 결합 또는 2가의 유기기이고,
Rf는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 플루오로알킬기임]
로 표시되는 불소 함유 단량체, 및
(b) 할로겐화 올레핀 단량체
로부터 유도된 반복 단위를 갖고 이루어지고, 400㎩·s 이상의 160℃에서의 동적 점탄성을 갖는 불소 함유 중합체이고,
불소 함유 중합체는 제1 단량체로 형성되어 있는 제1 중합체와, 제2 단량체로 형성되어 있는 제2 중합체를 포함하여 이루어지는 불소 함유 중합체이며,
제1 중합체의 존재 하에 제2 단량체가 중합되어 있고,
제1 단량체 및 제2 단량체 중 적어도 한쪽은 불소 함유 단량체 (a)를 포함하고,
제1 단량체는 할로겐화 올레핀 단량체 (b)를 포함하지 않고,
제2 단량체는 할로겐화 올레핀 단량체 (b)를 포함하는 섬유 포백의 처리 방법. - (a) 식:
[식 중, X는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이고,
Y는 -O- 또는 -NH-이고,
Z는 직접 결합 또는 2가의 유기기이고,
Rf는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 플루오로알킬기임]
로 표시되는 불소 함유 단량체, 및
(b) 할로겐화 올레핀 단량체
로부터 유도된 반복 단위를 갖고 이루어지고, 400㎩·s 이상의 160℃에서의 동적 점탄성을 갖는 불소 함유 중합체를 포함하여 이루어지는 투습 방수 포백용 불소 함유 처리제이며,
불소 함유 중합체는 제1 단량체로 형성되어 있는 제1 중합체와, 제2 단량체로 형성되어 있는 제2 중합체를 포함하여 이루어지는 불소 함유 중합체이며,
제1 중합체의 존재 하에 제2 단량체가 중합되어 있고,
제1 단량체 및 제2 단량체 중 적어도 한쪽은 불소 함유 단량체 (a)를 포함하고,
제1 단량체는 할로겐화 올레핀 단량체 (b)를 포함하지 않고,
제2 단량체는 할로겐화 올레핀 단량체 (b)를 포함하는 투습 방수 포백용 불소 함유 처리제. - 제1항에 기재된 투습 방수 포백에 있어서의 불소 함유 중합체의 제조 방법이며,
제조 방법은,
(Ⅰ) 불소 함유 단량체 (a)를 포함하는 제1 단량체를 중합하여 제1 중합체를 얻는 공정, 및
(Ⅱ) 제1 중합체의 존재 하에서, 할로겐화 올레핀 단량체 (b)를 포함하는 제2 단량체를 중합함으로써, 제2 단량체에 의해 형성되는 제2 중합체를 제조하여 불소 함유 중합체를 얻는 공정
을 갖고 이루어지는 제조 방법. - 제18항에 있어서,
제2 단량체의 중합을 개시시키는 시점에 있어서, 중합계 중의 미반응된 비불소 비가교성 단량체의 양이, 투입한 비불소 비가교성 단량체에 대하여 10몰% 이하인 제조 방법.
