Claims (10)
- 화상을 표시하기 위한 표시부 및 이 표시부 둘레의 비표시부를 포함하는 패널;상기 패널의 표시부에 화상을 표시하는데 필요한 각종 신호들을 생성하는 적어도 하나의 구동 집적회로;상기 구동 집적회로를 내부에 실장하며, 상기 구동 집적회로의 입력핀들을 외부 회로에 연결시키기 위한 다수의 입력패턴들 및 상기 구동 집적회로의 출력핀들을 패널에 연결시키기 위한 다수의 출력패턴들이 구비된 테이프 캐리어 패키지; 및,상기 패널과 테이프 캐리어 패키지간을 정렬시키는데 사용되는 적어도 하나의 제 1 중심 얼라인 마크를 포함하며,상기 각 출력패턴은,상기 테이프 캐리어 패키지의 끝단에 위치한 출력패드부에 구비된 출력패드; 및,상기 출력패드와 상기 출력핀간을 연결하는 출력라인을 포함하고,상기 제 1 중심 얼라인 마크는 서로 인접한 임의의 두 개의 출력패드 사이에 위치하도록 상기 테이프 캐리어 패키지의 출력패드부에 구비되며, 상기 테이프 캐리어 패키지의 끝단까지 연장되고,상기 출력패턴들은 모두 동일한 색상을 가지며,상기 제 1 중심 얼라인 마크의 색상과 상기 출력패턴의 색상이 서로 보색(補色) 관계에 있는 표시장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 테이프 캐리어 패키지의 일측 가장자리에 구비된 제 1 좌측 얼라인 마크; 및,상기 테이프 캐리어 패키지의 타측 가장자리에 구비된 제 1 우측 얼라인 마크를 더 포함하는 표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 중심 얼라인 마크와 정렬되도록 상기 패널의 비표시부에 구비된 제 2 중심 얼라인 마크;상기 제 1 좌측 얼라인 마크와 정렬되도록 상기 패널의 비표시부에 구비된 제 2 좌측 얼라인 마크; 및,상기 제 1 우측 얼라인 마크와 정렬되도록 상기 패널의 비표시부에 구비된 제 2 우측 얼라인 마크를 더 포함하는 표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 출력패턴들은 모두 동일한 색상을 가지며;상기 제 2 중심 얼라인 마크와 상기 출력패턴이 서로 다른 색상을 갖는 표시장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 중심 얼라인 마크의 색상과 상기 출력패턴의 색상이 서로 보색(補色) 관계에 있는 표시장치.
