Claims (15)
- 연자성 철계 코어 입자(soft magnetic iron-based core particles)를 포함하는 강자성 파우더 조성물(ferromagnetic powder composition)로서,
코어 입자의 표면은 제 1 인계(phosphorus-based) 무기 절연층 및 하나 이상의 금속 유기층을 구비하고,
상기 하나 이상의 금속 유기층은, 상기 제 1 인계 무기 절연층의 외부에 위치하고 이하의 화학식을 갖는 금속 유기 화합물에 속하며,
상기 화학식은, R1[(R1)x(R2)y(MOn-1)]nR1 로서,
M은 Si, Ti, Al 또는 Zr로부터 선택된 중심 원자이고;
O는 산소이고;
R1은 가수 분해 가능한(hydrolysable) 그룹이고;
R2는 유기 모이어티(organic moiety)로서 하나 이상의 아미노 그룹을 포함하며;
n은 1 내지 20의 정수이며;
x는 0 내지 1의 정수이고;
y는 1 내지 2의 정수인, 화학식이며,
3.5 미만의 모오스 경도(Mohs hardness)를 갖는 금속 또는 세미-금속(semi-metallic) 미립자 화합물이 하나 이상의 금속 유기층에 부착되고,

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 유기 화합물은 트리알콕시 및 디알콕시 실란(trialkoxy and dialkoxy silanes), 티타네이트(titanates), 알루미네이트(aluminates), 또는 지르코네이트(zirconates)로부터 선택된 모노머인,
강자성 파우더 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 유기 화합물은 실란, 티타네이트, 알루미네이트 또는 지르코네이트의,
알콕시-종결된(terminated) 알킬-알콕시 올리고머로부터 선택된 올리고머인,
강자성 파우더 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 유기 화합물의 올리고머는 알콕시-종결된 아미노-실세스퀴옥산(amino-silsesquioxanes), 아미노-실록산(amino-siloxanes), 올리고머릭 3-아미노프로필-알콕시-실란(oligomeric 3-aminopropyl-alkoxy-silane), 3-아미노프로필-알콕시-실란(3-aminopropyl-alkoxy-silane), 프로필-알콕시-실란(propyl-alkoxy-silane), 또는 N-아미노에틸-3-아미노프로필-알콕시-실란(N-aminoethyl-3-aminopropyl-alkoxy-silane), N-아미노에틸-메틸-알콕시-실란(N-aminoethyl-methyl-alkoxy-silane), 또는 이의 혼합물로부터 선택되는,

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 금속 또는 세미-금속 미립자 화합물은 비스무트 산화물(bismuth oxide)인,

- 강자성 파우더 조성물의 제조(preparation)를 위한 프로세스로서,
a) 인계 무기 절연층에 의해 표면이 전기적으로 절연되는 연자성 철계 코어 입자를 청구항 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 금속 유기 화합물과 혼합하는 단계;
b) 선택적으로, 혼합된 상기 코어 입자를 추가적인 청구항 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 금속 유기 화합물과 혼합하는 단계;
c) 상기 코어 입자를 3.5 미만의 모오스 경도를 갖는 금속 또는 세미-금속 미립자 화합물과 혼합하는 단계; 및
d) 상기 코어 입자를 미립자 윤활제와 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하고,
단계 c)는, 단계 b)의 실시 이전에 실시되거나, 단계 b)의 실시 이후에 실시되거나, 또는 단계 b)의 실시 이전 및 이후 모두에 실시될 수 있는,
강자성 파우더 조성물의 제조를 위한 프로세스.
- 강자성 파우더 조성물로서,
제 12 항에 따른 프로세스에 따라 얻을 수 있는,
강자성 파우더 조성물.
- 연자성 복합 물질(soft magnetic composite materials)의 제조(preparation)를 위한 프로세스로서,
a) 다이(die)에서 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 단일축 방향으로(uniaxially) 600MPa 이상의 압축 압력(compaction pressure)에서 압축하는 단계;
b) 선택적으로, 상기 다이를 부가된 미립자 윤활제의 용융 온도 아래의 온도로 사전 가열하는 단계;
c) 얻어진 그린 바디(green body)를 방출하는 단계; 및
d) 선택적으로, 상기 그린 바디를 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하는,
연자성 복합 물질의 제조를 위한 프로세스.
- 제 14 항에 따른 프로세스에 따라 제조된 압축되고 열처리된 연자성 복합 물질로서,
성분의 0.01-0.1 중량%의 P 함유량, 성분의 0.02-0.12 중량%로 기본 파우더(base powder)에 대해 부가된 Si의 함유량, 및 성분의 0.05-0.35 중량%의 Bi 함유량을 가지는,
연자성 복합 물질.
