Description
Claims (11)
- (a) 폴리이소시아네이트,
(b) 이소시아네이트 기에 대하여 반응성 기를 갖는 비교적 고 분자량의 화합물,
(c) 중합체 폴리올,
(d) 발포제,
(e) 적절한 경우, 쇄 연장제, 가교 결합제 또는 이들의 혼합물, 및
(f) 촉매
를 혼합하여 반응 혼합물을 생성하고 이 반응 혼합물을 반응 완료시킴으로써 얻을 수 있는 발포 폴리우레탄으로서,
- 쇄 연장제, 가교 결합제 또는 이들의 혼합물의 비율은 성분 (a) 내지 (f)의 총 중량을 기준으로 4 중량% 미만이고,
- 중합체 폴리올 중의 고체 입자는 이소시아네이트에 대하여 반응성 기를 가진 것으로, 성분 (a) 내지 (f)의 총 중량을 기준으로 15 중량% 초과의 함량을 갖고, 50 ㎛ 이하의 평균 입경을 가지며,
- 이소시아네이트 기에 대하여 반응성 기를 갖는 비교적 고 분자량의 화합물은 2.5 미만의 평균 작용가(average functionality) 및 400 g/몰 초과의 분자량을 갖는 것인 발포 폴리우레탄. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 기에 대하여 반응성 기를 갖는 비교적 고 분자량의 화합물(b)에서의 디올의 비율은 이소시아네이트 기에 대하여 반응성 기를 갖는 비교적 고 분자량의 화합물(b)의 총 중량을 기준으로 80 중량% 초과인 것인 발포 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 기에 대하여 반응성 기를 갖는 비교적 고 분자량의 화합물(b)에서의 디올의 비율은 이소시아네이트 기에 대하여 반응성 기를 갖는 비교적 고 분자량의 화합물(b)의 총 중량을 기준으로 100 중량%인 것인 발포 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쇄 연장제의 비율은 성분 (a) 내지 (f)의 총 중량을 기준으로 3 중량% 미만인 것인 발포 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항에 있어서, 총 밀도(gross density)는 150∼1100 g/ℓ인 것인 발포 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항에 따른 발포 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 인테그랄 폼(integral foam).
- 제9항에 따른 인테그랄 폼을 포함하는 신발 밑창(shoe sole).
- (a) 폴리이소시아네이트와
(b) 이소시아네이트 기에 대하여 반응성 기를 갖는 비교적 고 분자량의 화합물,
(c) 중합체 폴리올,
(d) 발포제,
(e) 적절한 경우, 쇄 연장제, 가교 결합제 또는 이들의 혼합물, 및
(f) 촉매
를 혼합하여 반응 혼합물을 생성하고 이 반응 혼합물을 반응 완료시키는 발포 폴리우레탄의 제조 방법으로서,
- 쇄 연장제, 가교 결합제 또는 이들의 혼합물의 비율은 성분 (a) 내지 (f)의 총 중량을 기준으로 4 중량% 미만이고,
- 중합체 폴리올 중의 고체 입자는 이소시아네이트에 대하여 반응성 기를 가진 것으로, 성분 (a) 내지 (f)의 총 중량을 기준으로 15 중량% 초과의 함량을 갖고, 50 ㎛ 이하의 평균 입경을 가지며,
- 이소시아네이트 기에 대하여 반응성 기를 갖는 비교적 고 분자량의 화합물은 2.5 미만의 평균 작용가 및 400 g/몰 초과의 분자량을 갖는 것인 제조 방법.
