Claims (7)
- Nd-Fe-B 합금 분말 표면에 확산물질로서 Dy 및 Tb 성분을 스퍼터링하되, Dy 및 Tb 성분이 스퍼터링된 스퍼터 분말에 Dy 성분이 1.0~1.7 중량% 및 Tb 성분이 0.2~0.6 중량%가 코팅되도록 스퍼터링을 시행하여 코팅하는 단계;
상기 Dy 및 Tb 성분이 스퍼터링된 스퍼터 분말을 자장 성형하는 단계; 및
성형된 자석 성형체를 1150~1250℃에서 소결 및 650~750℃에서 열처리하는 단계;
를 포함하는 영구자석의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 2~5시간 동안 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 소결 및 열처리는 소결로에서 순차적으로 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석의 제조방법.
- 상기 청구항 1에 따라 제조되고, Dy 성분 1.0~1.7중량% 및 Tb 성분이 0.2~0.6중량%가 함유되어 있으며, 자속밀도가 12.0~13.5kG이고, 보자력이 31.5~35.0 kOe의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석.
- 상기 청구항 5에 따른 영구자석을 포함하는 구동모터.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 자동차용인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동모터.
