구조 요소 는 벤젠환 또는 0, 1 또는 2개의 C-C 이중결합을 가진 C6 환이고,
이중 결합은 선택적으로 6/7 또는 7/8번 위치에 존재하며, 및
1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12 및 16번 위치의 탄소가 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4 알킬기, 할라이드 또는 페닐기로 치환된다.

Claims (4)
- 산화환원효소 활성을 가지는 폴리펩타이드로서,
a) 서열번호 3의 아미노산 서열을 포함하거나,
b) 서열번호 8의 핵산 서열에 의해 코딩되거나, 또는
c) 엄격한 조건 하에서, 서열번호 8과 혼성화하는 핵산 서열에 의해 코딩되며, 상기 엄격한 조건은, 60 ℃ 0.7-1 M NaCl 용액 중에서 혼성화한 후 필터를 65 ℃에서 0.1X 내지 2X SSC 용액으로 세정하며, 1X SSC 용액은 150 mM NaCl 및 15 mM 소듐사이트레이트의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 산화환원효소 활성을 가지는 폴리펩타이드. - 제1항에 있어서, 서열번호 3의 아미노산 서열을 가지거나, 또는 서열번호 8의 핵산 서열에 의해 코딩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩타이드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 칸디다 마그놀리애(Candida magnoliae) CBS 6396의 게놈으로부터 수득가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리펩타이드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리펩타이드를 사용하여 일반식 I로 표시되는 세코디온 유도체를 환원하는 방법:
상기 식 I에서,
R1은 수소 또는 C1-C4 알킬기이며,
R2는 수소, C1-C8 알킬기 또는 에스테르와 같은, 종래에 공지된 OH에 대한 보호기이며,
R3는 수소, 메틸기 또는 할라이드이고,
구조 요소 는 벤젠환 또는 0, 1 또는 2개의 C-C 이중결합을 가진 C6 환이고,
이중 결합은 선택적으로 6/7 또는 7/8번 위치에 존재하며, 및
