Claims (14)
- 플루오로중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로(a) 80 내지 94 중량%의 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 화학식 CF2=CFO(Ra fO)n(Rb fO)mRc f(여기서, Ra f 및 Rb f는 각각 독립적으로 1 내지 6개의 탄소 원자의 선형 또는 분지형 퍼플루오로알킬렌기로부터 선택되며, m 및 n은 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 10이고, Rc f는 1 내지 6개의 탄소 원자의 퍼플루오로알킬기임)의 6 내지 20 중량%의 하나 이상의 퍼플루오로비닐 에테르로 이루어진 공중합체로서, 이 공중합체가 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 하나의 퍼플루오로비닐 에테르의 바이폴리머(bipolymer)이고 퍼플루오로비닐 에테르 함량이 7 중량% 미만인 경우, 플루오로중합체는 5 이하의 MFI를 가지는 것인 공중합체와,(b) 80 내지 94 중량%의 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 화학식 CF2=CFO(Ra fO)n(Rb fO)mRc f(여기서, Ra f 및 Rb f는 각각 독립적으로 1 내지 6개의 탄소 원자의 선형 또는 분지형 퍼플루오로알킬렌기로부터 선택되며, m 및 n은 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 10이고, Rc f는 1 내지 6개의 탄소 원자의 퍼플루오로알킬기임)의 5 내지 12 중량%의 퍼플루오로비닐 에테르, 및 0.1 내지 15 중량%의 하나 이상의 추가의 단량체를 포함하는 공중합체로부터 선택되는 플루오로중합체를 포함하는 플루오로중합체 조성물로 식기 기재를 분말 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는, 다층 용품의 릴리스 수명(release life)을 증가시키는 방법으로서,추가의 단량체는 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 헥사플루오로프로필렌 옥사이드, 트라이플루오로에틸렌, 클로로트라이플루오로에틸렌, 비닐 플루오라이드, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드 및 비-플루오르화 C2 내지 C9 α-올레핀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체가 94 중량% 미만의 테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체 조성물이 플루오로중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 50 중량% 미만의 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는 것인 방법.
