- 제 1항 및 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유기태양전지 소자용 플러렌 유도체를 포함하는 유기태양전지 소자.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 유기태양전지 소자용 플러렌 유도체 화합물이 전자수용제인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기태양전지 소자.
- 제 4항에 따른 유기태양전지 소자는 플러렌 유도체를 용액공정 방식 및 증착 방식으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나에 의해 형성되는 유기태양전지 소자.
