Abstract
따라서 배기파이프의 재질을 저렴한 PVC로 사용할 수 있고, PVC의 사용으로 설치가 간편하며, 기존의 온도센서로 제어가 가능하여 별도의 제어장치가 필요 없어 설치비용을 절감 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 온도센서를 이용한 배기가스 온도 제어방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도
120 : 버너 130 : 배기구
140 : 배기파이프 200 : 열교환부
300 : 순환부 310 : 순환펌프
400 : 제어부 410 : 출구온도센서
420 : 입구온도센서 430 : 컨트롤러
Claims (4)
- 연료를 연소시켜 열을 발생하는 버너(120)와 연소된 연소 잔재물 등을 보일러 외부로 배출 시키는 배기구(130)와 상기 배기구(130)에 연결되어 상기 연소 잔재물을 대기 중으로 배출하는 배기파이프(140)로 구성되어 있는 연소배기부(100);
사용자에게 온수와 난방등을 제공하기 위해 더운물을 순환시키는 순환부(300);
상기 버너(120)로부터 발생한 열을 흡수하여 더운물을 만들고, 양단에 상기 순환부(300)와 연결되어 순환부(300)에 더운물을 공급하는 열교환부(200);
상기 열교환부(200)의 출구에 설치되어 더운물의 온도를 측정하는 출구온도센서(410)와 상기 열교환부(200)의 입구에 설치되어 상기 순환부(300)로부터 유입되는 차가운 물의 온도를 측정하는 입구온도센서(420)와 상기 출구온도센서(410) 및 상기 입구온도센서(420)에서 측정된 온도값을 고려하여 보일러의 작동여부를 제어하는 컨트롤러(430)로 구성된 제어부(400);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서를 이용한 배기가스 온도 제어장치를 구비하는 보일러. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 배기파이프(140)는,
PVC 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서를 이용한 배기가스 온도 제어장치를 구비하는 보일러. - 보일러가 운전 조건이 되어 처음 연소 작동을 수행할 경우 컨트롤러(430)의 배기가스 온도 계산치를 초기화 시키는 단계(S10);
상기 컨트롤러(430)에서 출구온도센서(410)와 입구온도센서(420)을 통하여 열교환부의 입구온도(T1)와 출구온도(T2)를 측정하여 저장하는 단계(S20~S30);
상기 컨트롤러(430)에서 상기 열교환부의 입구온도(T1)와 출구온도(T2)를 고려하여 배기가스의 온도를 계산하는 단계(S40);
상기 컨트롤러(430)에서 상기 계산된 배기가스 온도가 배기파이프(140) 용융가능 온도를 초과 하였는지 판단하는 단계(S60);
상기 컨트롤러(430)에서 계산된 배기가스 온도가 배기파이프(140) 용융가능 온도를 초과 된 경우 연소 작동을 정지하여 제어하는 단계(S70);
상기 컨트롤러(430)에서 계산된 배기가스의 온도가 배기파이프(140) 용융가능 온도 이하의 경우 일련의 연소 작동 진행하여 제어하는 단계(S80);
를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서를 이용한 배기가스 온도 제어방법 - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 배기파이프(140) 용융가능 온도는,
65℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서를 이용한 배기가스 온도 제어방법
