Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에서 제조된 인도메타신-사카린 공결정과 기존의 인도메타신을 DSC 분석을 실시한 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에서 제조된 인도메타신-사카린 공결정과 기존의 인도메타신에 대한 용출 시험을 수행한 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에서 제조된 카바마제핀-사카린 공결정과 기존의 카바마제핀을 X선 회절 분석을 실시한 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에서 제조된 카바마제핀-사카린 공결정과 기존의 카바마제핀을 DSC 분석을 실시한 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.
Claims (4)
- (i) 카바마제핀과 사카린을 에탄올, 메탄올 및 아세톤으로 이루어진 유기용매로부터 선택된 용매에 용해시켜 용액을 제조하는 단계;
(ii) 상기 (i) 단계의 용액에 반용매(anti-solvent)를 첨가하는 단계; 및
(iii) 상기 (ii) 단계의 용액을 뚜껑을 덮은 상태로 교반하고, 감압 여과하여 결정화된 입자를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Bragg각(2θ)이 6.9°와 14.9°에서 특성 피크를 나타내는 X선분말회절 패턴을 가지며 177.5℃에서 시차주사 열량계(DSC) 피크를 나타내는 카바마제핀-사카린 공결정의 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 반용매는 정제수인 카바마제핀-사카린 공결정의 제조 방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 유기용매는 메탄올인 카바마제핀-사카린 공결정의 제조 방법. - 제 3항에 따른 카바마제핀-사카린 공결정과 허용가능한 부형제를 포함하는 조성물.
