Claims (11)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 파이렌 화합물이 도입된 전도성 고분자:

상기 화학식 1에서,
A는 이고;
B는 이며;
X는 또는 이고;
X1, X2 및 Y는 각각 독립적으로 단일결합, O, S 또는 Se이며;
R1 및 R3, R4는 각각 독립적으로 (C1-C20)알킬, (C3-C20)사이클로알킬, (C3-C20)헤테로사이클로알킬, (C6-C20)아릴 또는 (C3-C20)헤테로아릴이며;
R2는 수소 또는 할로겐이고;
a는 단량체 A의 몰분율이며;
b는 단량체 B의 몰분율이고;
c는 파이렌 화합물의 몰분율이며;
a+b+c=2이고;
상기 헤테로사이클로알킬 및 헤테로아릴은 B, N, O, S, P(=O), Si 및 P로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 헤테로원자를 포함한다.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 따른 파이렌 화합물이 도입된 전도성 고분자가 유기 광센서, 유기발광다이오드 및 유기박막트랜지스터 및 유기 태양전지 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나에 적용되는 유기 광전자소자용 재료.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항에서 선택된 어느 한 항에 따른 파이렌 화합물이 도입된 전도성 고분자가 전자공여체로 사용되는 광전변환층을 포함하는 유기 태양전지.
- 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 광전변환층은 (C60-C70)플로렌 유도체를 전자수용체로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양전지.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 광전변환층은 파이렌 화합물이 도입된 전도성 고분자 및 (C60-C70)플로렌 유도체를 1:0.5 내지 1:4의 중량비로 혼합하여 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양전지.
- 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 광전변환층은 잉크젯 프린팅법, 스핀코팅법, 스크린 인쇄법 및 닥터 블레이드법으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 방법으로 도포 또는 코팅되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 태양전지.
