Claims (4)
- 나노 다이아몬드 분산액을 이용한 코팅 방법에 있어서,유기 용매 100 중량부에 500 ~ 2000 nm 나노다이아몬드 분말 5 ~ 20 중량부를 혼합하는 단계;비드밀링하여 10 ~ 100 nm 크기의 입도를 가진 나노다이아몬드 분산용액을 제조하는 단계;분산 용액 100 중량부에 실란화합물을 0.1 ~ 1 중량부 첨가한 후 60 ~ 70 ℃를 유지한 상태로 1 ~ 6 시간 교반하는 단계;교반 후 분산용액과 유성코팅 용액을 1 : 9.9 ~ 1 : 1.9 중량비로 혼합하여 혼합코팅용액을 제조하는 단계;상기 혼합코팅용액을 알루미늄 합금에 코팅하는 단계; 및상기 코팅층을 30 ~ 60 분 동안 200 ~ 340 ℃로 건조시킨 후 공냉시키는 열처리 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기용매는 N-메틸피롤리돈인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실란화합물은 알콕시 또는 에폭시기가 치환된 알킬실란화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유성코팅 용액은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 또는 폴리아미드 이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 방법.
