Claims (4)
- 연속 주조 설비의 스트랜드 가이드 세그먼트의 롤러의 유압 위치를 결정하는 디바이스로서,피스톤 로드를 가지는 피스톤에 의하여 각각이 실린더 공간(5)과 환형 실린더 공간(4)으로 분할되고 상기 실린더 공간이 제어 부재에 의하여 압력 소스에 연결될 수 있는 복수의 유압 실린더를 구비하며,상기 환형 실린더 공간(4)이 조정가능하지만 그 후 일정하게 유지되는 압력에 의해 작동될 수 있는 한편, 상기 실린더 공간(5) 내의 상기 피스톤에 가해진 압력이 위치 제어 또는 압력 제어되거나, 또는 상기 실린더 공간(5)이 조정가능하지만 그 후 일정하게 유지되는 압력에 의해 작동될 수 있는 한편, 상기 환형 실린더 공간(4) 내의 상기 피스톤에 가해진 압력이 위치 제어 또는 압력 제어되며, 상기 환형 실린더 공간(4) 내의 상기 피스톤은 싱글 에지 제어형 제어 밸브(6, 7)에 의해 작동되고,상기 제어 밸브(6, 7)와 실린더(1) 사이에 압력 센서(8)가 제공되거나, 또는상기 위치 제어는, 상기 실린더(1)에 배치되고 상기 피스톤(3)과 함께 작용하는 위치 변환기(9)에 의하여 수행되는,연속 주조 설비의 스트랜드 가이드 세그먼트의 롤러의 유압 위치를 결정하는 디바이스.
