- 적어도 하나의 압전 스택(4)과, 압전 스택(2)과 함께 λ/2 진폭기를 형성하는 적어도 2개의 원통형 변환기 본체(5)로 구성되며, 변환기가 다중 배열될 경우에 각각 2개의 변환기 본체가 하나의 공동의 변환기 본체(6)로 조합 가능한, 초음파 변환기의 냉각 장치에 있어서;변환기 본체(5, 6)는 내부 챔버(11) 및 외부 챔버(14)에 의해 둘러싸이고; 적어도 2개의 변환기 본체(5, 6) 중 적어도 하나는 압력 하에서 냉각액이 유동될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 관류 채널(7)과, 내부챔버(11)와 외부챔버(14) 사이에 배열되는 적어도 하나의 연결채널(15) 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하고; 상기 관류채널(7)과 연결채널(15)는 압력 하에서의 냉각액을 내부 챔버에서 외부 챔버로 유동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 압력은 공동 현상을 감소시키거나 공동 현상을 방지하도록 형성되고, 상기 압력은 2 내지 20 bar의 범위 내에서 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 관류 채널(7)은 슬릿 형태로 구성되며, 상기 장치는 적어도 2개의 변환기 본체(5, 6)로 구성된 중공 챔버(11) 내에 배열되는 인장 로드(3)를 포함하며, 이 인장 로드는 적어도 하나의 개구 및 압력 하의 냉각액이 유동 가능한 적어도 하나의 안내 채널(13)을 구비하며, 냉각액은 적어도 하나의 안내 채널(13)을 통해 공급 가능하고 적어도 하나의 관류 채널(7)을 통해 방출 가능하며, 냉각액은 적어도 하나의 관류 채널(7)을 통해 공급 가능하고, 인장 로드(3) 내의 적어도 하나의 안내 채널(13)을 통해 방출 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 장치는 액체에 대해 기밀한 하우징(12)과 플랜지를 포함하며, 상기 플랜지는 하우징(12) 및 호온(8)과 연결되며, 상기 장치는 냉각액 도관을 위한 적어도 하나의 연결 장치(1, 2)를 포함하며, 상기 연결장치를 통하여 냉각액이 중공 챔버(11)로 유동 가능하고, 중공 챔버(11)로부터 방출 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 장치는 액체에 대해 기밀한 하우징(12)과 플랜지를 포함하며, 상기 플랜지는 하우징(12) 및 호온(8)과 연결되며, 상기 장치는 냉각액 도관을 위한 적어도 하나의 연결 장치(1, 2)를 포함하며, 상기 연결장치를 통하여 냉각액이 중공 챔버(11)로 유동 가능하거나, 중공 챔버(11)로부터 방출 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 장치는 냉각액 도관을 위한 적어도 하나의 연결장치(1,2)를 포함하고, 상기 연결장치를 통하여 냉각액은 적어도 하나의 안내채널(13)로 유동 가능하고 적어도 하나의 안내채널(13)에서 방출 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 장치는 냉각액 도관을 위한 적어도 하나의 연결장치(1,2)를 포함하고, 상기 연결장치를 통하여 냉각액은 적어도 하나의 안내채널(13)로 유동 가능하거나 적어도 하나의 안내채널(13)에서 방출 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.

- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 장치는 냉각액 도관을 위한 적어도 하나의 연결장치(1,2)를 포함하고, 상기 연결장치를 통하여 냉각액은 하우징(12)으로 유동 가능하거나 하우징(12)에서 방출 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,냉각액은, 적어도 2개의 변환기 본체(5, 6) 중의 적어도 하나에서 적어도 부분적으로 내부면과 외부면 중의 어느 하나를 따라 순환 유동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 관류 채널(7)의 단부에는 관류 채널(7)의 폭보다 큰 직경을 갖는 개구가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
