Claims (7)
- 연료 노즐과,
상기 연료 노즐을 둘러싸는 상태로 배치되고, 상기 연료 노즐과의 사이에 공기 통로를 형성하는 버너통과,
상기 연료 노즐의 외주면의 둘레 방향을 따라 복수 개소에, 상기 연료 노즐의 축방향을 따르는 상태로 배치되고, 상기 공기 통로를 상류측으로부터 하류측으로 유통하는 공기를 선회시키기 위해서, 상류측으로부터 하류측을 향함에 따라서 점차 만곡되어 있는 선회익과,
상기 연료 노즐에 마련되고, 상기 선회익의 익면을 향해서 액체 연료를 분사하는 액체 연료 분사 구멍을 갖는 연소 버너에 있어서,
상기 액체 연료가 충돌하는 상기 익면의 충돌 부분을 냉각하는 냉각 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는
연소 버너. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 수단이 상기 연료 노즐의 상기 액체 연료 분사 구멍의 상류측에 상기 액체 연료 분사 구멍과 동렬(同列)로 배치되고, 상기 선회익의 익복면(翼腹面)을 향해서 물을 분사하는 물 분사 구멍인 것을 특징으로 하는
연소 버너. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 수단이 물과 액체 연료를 균일하게 혼합한 혼합 연료를 상기 액체 연료 분사 구멍으로부터 상기 선회익의 익복면을 향해서 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는
연소 버너. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 수단이 상기 선회익 내부에 형성된 수냉각 유로인 것을 특징으로 하는
연소 버너. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 연료 분사 구멍이 상기 선회익의 익복면에 마련되는 동시에,
상기 냉각 수단이 상기 익복면의 상기 액체 연료 분사 구멍의 상류측에 마련되고, 상기 선회익의 익복면을 향해서 물을 분사하는 물 분사 구멍인 것을 특징으로 하는
연소 버너. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 연료 분사 구멍이 상기 선회익의 익복면과 익배면(翼背面) 중 어느 일방 또는 양방을 향해서 액체 연료를 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는
연소 버너.
