Claims (13)
- 하기 일반식(1)로 표시되는 화합물 및 일반식(1)로 표시되는 화합물에 대하여 m당량 ~ 5m당량의 카르보디이미드계 화합물을 용매 중 30~60℃에서 2~48시간 반응시켜 얻어지는 블록 공중합체.상기 식에서, R1은 수소 원자 또는 (C1~C5)알킬기를 나타내고, R2는 (C1~C5)알킬렌기를 나타내며, R3은 메틸렌기 또는 에틸렌기를 나타내고, R4는 수소 원자 또는 (C1~C4)아실기를 나타내며, R5는 수산기, 선택적으로 치환된 아릴(C1~C8)알콕시기 또는 -N(R6)-CO-NHR7을 나타내고, R6 및 R7은 동일 또는 상이하게 (C3~C6) 환형 알킬기 또는 선택적으로 3급 아미노기로 치환된 (C1~C5)알킬기를 나타내며, n은 5~1000, m은 2~300, x는 0~300, 및 y는 0~300을 나타내고, 단, x 및 y의 합은 1 이상 내지 m 이하이고, 및 R5가 수산기인 비율이 m의 1-99%이고, 선택적으로 치환된 아릴(C1~C8)알콕시기인 비율이 m의 1-99%이며, -N(R6)-CO-NHR7인 비율이 m의 0-10%이다.
- 하기 일반식 (2)로 표시되는 화합물 및 선택적으로 치환된 아릴(C1~C8)알킬 알코올 또는 선택적으로 치환된 아릴(C1~C8)알킬 할라이드를 반응시켜 얻어지는 측 쇄 카르복시산의 부분 에스테르화물에, 일반식(2)로 표시되는 화합물에 대하여 (x+y)당량 ~ 5(x+y)당량의 카르보디이미드계 화합물을 용매 중 30~60℃에서 2~48시간 반응시켜 얻어지는 블록 공중합체.상기 식에서, R1은 수소 원자 또는 (C1~C5)알킬기를 나타내고, R2는 (C1~C5)알킬렌기를 나타내며, R3은 메틸렌기 또는 에틸렌기를 나타내고, R4는 수소 원자 또는 (C1~C4)아실기를 나타내며, n은 5~1000, x는 0~300 및 y는 0~300을 나타내고, 단 x 및 y의 합은 2~300이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1이 메틸기, R2가 트리메틸렌기, R3가 메틸렌기, R4가 아세틸기이고, n이 20~500, m은 10~100, x는 0~100, y는 0~100인 블록 공중합체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 카르보디이미드계 화합물이 디에틸카르보디이미드, 디이소프로필카르보디이미드, 디시클로헥실카르보디이미드 또는 1-에틸-3-(3-디메틸아미노프로필)카르보디이미드 또는 그의 무기염인 블록 공중합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 카르보디이미드계 화합물이 디이소프로필카르보디이미드인 블록 공중합체.
- 하기 일반식(3)으로 표시되는 블록 공중합체.상기 식에서, R1은 수소 원자 또는 (C1~C5)알킬기를 나타내고, R2는 (C1~C5 알킬렌기를 나타내며, R3은 메틸렌기 또는 에틸렌기를 나타내고, R4는 수소 원자 또는 (C1~C4)아실기를 나타내며, R5는 수산기, 선택적으로 치환된 아릴(C1~C8)알콕시기 또는 -N(R6)-CO-NHR7을 나타내고, R6 및 R7은 동일 또는 상이하게 (C3~C6) 환형 알킬기 또는 선택적으로 3급 아미노기에 의해 치환된 (C1~C5)알킬기를 나타내며, n은 5~1000, m은 2~300, x'는 0~300, y'는 0~300을 나타내고, 단 x' 및 y'의 합은 1 이상 내지 m 이하이고, R5가 수산기인 비율이 m의 0-88%이며, 선택적으로 치환된 아릴(C1~C8)알콕시기인 비율이 m의 1-89%이고, -N(R6)-CO-NHR7인 비율이 m의 11-30%이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, R1이 메틸기, R2가 트리메틸렌기, R3가 메틸렌기, R4가 아세틸기이고, R5로 표시되는 선택적으로 치환된 아릴(C1~C8)알콕시기가 벤질옥시기 또는 4-페닐-1-부톡시기이고, R6 및 R7이 각각 이소프로필기이며, n이 20~500, m이 10~100, x'가 0~100, 및 y'가 0~100인 블록 공중합체.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, R5가 수산기인 비율이 m의 0-75%이고, 선택적으로 치환된 아릴(C1~C8)알콕시기인 비율이 m의 10~80%이며, -N(R6)-CO-NHR7인 비율이 m의 11~30%인 블록 공중합체.
- 제8항에 있어서, R5가 수산기인 비율이 m의 0%인 블록 공중합체.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체와 난수용성 항암제로 형성된 미셀 제제물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 난수용성 항암제가 탁산계 항암제인 미셀 제제물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 탁산계 항암제가 파클리탁셀인 미셀 제제물.
- 제10항에 기재된 미셀 제제물을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 항암제.
