Claims (15)
- 기판과,상기 기판 위에 구비되고 요홈을 갖는 절연층과,상기 요홈의 상부에 구비되고 상면이 오목하게 휘어진 발열체와,상기 발열체에 전류를 인가하기 위해 상기 발열체에 접하는 전극과,상기 발열체의 상부에 구비되는 챔버층과,상기 챔버층의 상부에 구비되고 노즐을 갖는 노즐층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연층과 상기 발열체의 사이에는 상면이 상기 요홈에서 오목하게 함몰된 절연코팅층이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 절연코팅층은 SOG물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 발열체와 상기 절연코팅층의 사이에는 분리층이 개재되는 것을 특징으 로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전극은 상기 발열체의 상부에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판과 상기 발열체 사이의 거리는 0.5μm~5μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발열체는 TaN, Ta, TiN, TaAl 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발열체의 저항은 10Ω 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 기판의 상부에 절연층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 절연층의 일부를 제거하여 요홈을 형성하는 단계와,상기 요홈의 상부에 상면이 오목하게 휘어진 발열체를 형성하는 단계와,상기 발열체에 전류를 공급하기 위해 상기 발열체와 접하는 전극을 형성하는 단계와,상기 발열체의 상부에 챔버층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 챔버층의 상부에 노즐이 구비된 노즐층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 발열체를 형성하는 단계 이전에 상기 절연층에 절연물질을 코팅하여 상면이 상기 요홈에서 오목하게 함몰된 절연코팅층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 절연코팅층을 형성하는 절연물질은 SOG물질이고, 상기 절연코팅층은 스핀 코팅 방법으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 발열체를 형성하는 단계 이전에 상기 절연코팅층 위에 분리층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 기판과 상기 발열체 사이의 거리를 0.5μm~5μm가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 전극은 상기 발열체 위에 도전성물질을 도포한 후 상기 도전성물질을 패터닝하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 발열체를 TaN, Ta, TiN, TaAl 중 어느 하나를 이용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
