- 다수의 게이트 라인과 다수의 데이터 라인이 교차하는 영역에 배열된 다수의 단위 화소를 구비하는 표시부;외부로부터 인가되는 신호를 입력받아 상기 게이트 라인에 게이트 신호를 전달하는 다수의 게이트 패드, 상기 데이터 라인에 데이터 신호를 전달하는 다수의 데이터 패드 및 상기 게이트 라인과 상기 데이터 라인에 검사 신호를 전달하는 다 수의 검사 패드를 구비하는 패드부; 및상기 패드부에 상기 게이트 신호, 상기 데이터 신호 및 상기 검사 신호를 인가하며, 상기 검사 패드로 유입되는 상기 게이트 신호 및/또는 상기 데이터 신호를 상쇄시키기 위한 상쇄 신호를 상기 검사 패드에 인가하는 구동 회로부를 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 검사 패드는 상기 게이트 라인에 게이트 검사 신호를 전달하는 게이트 검사 패드 및 상기 데이터 라인에 데이터 검사 신호를 전달하는 데이터 검사 패드를 포함하고,상기 구동 회로부는 상기 게이트 신호 및 상기 게이트 검사 신호를 제공하는 게이트 구동 회로 및 상기 데이터 신호 및 상기 데이터 검사 신호를 제공하는 데이터 구동 회로를 포함하며,상기 데이터 구동 회로는 적어도 하나 이상의 상기 데이터 검사 패드에 상기 상쇄 신호를 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 구동 회로에 의한 제어를 통해 상기 상쇄 신호를 상기 데이터 검사 패드에 인가 또는 차단하기 위한 제 1 스위치를 더 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 신호 및/또는 상기 데이터 신호의 상기 게이트 검사 패드 및/또는 상기 데이터 검사 패드로의 유입을 차단하는 제 2 스위치를 더 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 1 스위치 또는 상기 제 2 스위치는 상기 데이터 구동 회로와 상기 데이터 검사 패드 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 스위치 또는 상기 제 2 스위치는 박막 트랜지스터에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 스위치는 상기 데이터 구동 회로로부터 인가되는 제어 신호에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
