Claims (8)
- (A) 고무변성 폴리스티렌 수지 100 중량부;(B) 브롬화 디페닐에탄 혼합물 1~30 중량부; 및(C) 산화안티몬 1~10 중량부;를 포함하고, 상기 브롬화 디페닐에탄 혼합물(B)이 전체 브롬화 디페닐에탄 혼합물 중 헥사브로모디페닐에탄을 55~85 중량%로 포함하고, 홀수개의 브롬이 치환된 디페닐에탄 화합물의 혼합물을 1~25 중량%로 포함하고, 상기 브롬화 디페닐에탄 혼합물(B)의 평균 Br 치환 개수가 6.4~7.7 개인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 내충격 폴리스티렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 폴리스티렌 수지(A)는 고무질 중합체 5~15 중량% 및 방향족 비닐 단량체 85~95 중량%의 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 내충격 폴리스티렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 폴리스티렌 수지(A)는 평균고무입경이 0.1~0.9㎛인 고무변성 폴리스티렌 수지(A1)과 평균고무입경이 0.9~4 ㎛인 고무변성 폴리스티렌 수지(A2)의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 내충격 폴리스티렌 수지 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물은 테트라브로모 비스페놀 A, 데카브로모 디페닐옥사이드, 데카브로미네이티드 디-페닐에탄, 1,2-비스(트리브로모페닐) 에탄, 중량평균분자량이 600~8000 g/mol인 브롬화 에폭시 올리고머, 옥타브로모 트리메틸페닐 인단, 비스(2,3-디브로모프로필 에테르), 트리스(트리브로모페닐) 트리아진 및 브롬화 지방족 및 방향족 탄화수소로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택되는 브롬계 난연제(D)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 내충격 폴리스티렌 수지 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (B) 브롬화 디페닐에탄 혼합물과 브롬계 난연제(D)는 고무변성 폴리스티렌 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 10~30 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 내충격 폴리스티렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물은 가소제, 할로겐계 이외의 난연제, 적하방지제, 열안정제, 이형제, 내후안정제, 할로겐 안정제, 활제, 충진제, 커플링제, 광안정제, 산화방지제, 착색제, 대전방지제, 분산제 및 충격보강제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
