Claims (13)
- 알킬화가능한 방향족 화합물 및 알킬화제를 포함하는 공급원료를 알킬화 반응 조건에서 MCM-22 패밀리 물질, 제올라이트 베타 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 다공성 결정 물질을 포함하는 촉매 미립자 물질과 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 반응 대역에서 모노알킬화된 방향족 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,촉매 미립자 물질이 촉매 물질 압출물을 분쇄하고 체질함으로써 제조되고, 79cm-1 초과의 체적에 대한 외부 표면적 비 및 25% 내지 750% 증가된 효율성 인자(Effectiveness Factor)를 갖는 250 마이크론 내지 297 마이크론의 크기의 입자를 포함하고, 여기서 효율성 인자는 상기 알킬화 반응 중의 촉매 미립자 물질의 2차 속도 상수를 상기 촉매 물질 압출물이 알킬화 반응 중에 사용되었을 때의 촉매 물질 압출물의 2차 속도 상수로 나눈 값인, 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,공급원료가 헥실벤젠, 노닐벤젠, 도데실벤젠, 펜타데실벤젠, 헥실톨루엔, 노닐톨루엔, 도데실톨루엔 및 펜타데실톨루엔으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 알킬레이트, 또는 벤젠, 톨루엔, 자일렌, 또는 벤젠, 톨루엔 및 자일렌으로부터 선택된 둘 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
