Claims (11)
- 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물;바인더;도전재; 및Si, C, Sn, Ag, Al, P, B, Zn, Mg, Sb, Pb, Ge, 및 Bi 을 포함하는 금속, 산화물, 질화물, 불화물, 탄화물이며, 리튬 이온과의 반응 전위가 0 내지 1.1 V인 리튬 석출 반응 억제 물질을 2종 이상 함유하는 리튬이차전지용 음극.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물은 Li4 + xTi5O12(x는 0≤x≤3)의 스피넬형, Li2+yTi3O7(y는 0≤y≤3)의 람스델라이트형(ramsdellite type) 리튬 티탄 산화물, 또는 Li(1+x)Ti(2-x)Oy (x는 -0.2 ≤x≤1.0, y는 3≤y≤4)의 티탄산 리튬으로 나타내어지는 것인 리튬이차전지용 음극.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물은 Li4 /3Ti5 /3O4 , LiTi2O4 및 Li2TiO3 , Li2TiO3 , Li2Ti3O7로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것인 리튬이차전지용 음극.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물은 C, Al, Ga, Co, Fe, Ni, Mg, Mn, V, Zr, Zn, Cu, Mo, Si, Na, K, Nb, 및 Cr으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지용 음극.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리튬 이온과의 반응 전위가 0 내지 1.1 V인 리튬 석출 반응 억제 물질은 SiO, SnO2, C(carbon), Si, Sn, 및 FeP2 로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 2종 이상인 것인 리튬이차전지용 음극.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 리튬 이온과의 반응 전위가 0 내지 1.1 V인 리튬 석출 반응 억제 물질은 상기 리튬티탄복합 산화물 100 중량부당 0.1~98 중량부 포함되는 것인 리튬이차전지용 음극.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 상기 리튬 이온과의 반응 전위가 0 내지 1.1 V인 리튬 석출 반응 억제 물질은 상기 리튬티탄복합 산화물 100 중량부당 1 ~ 30 중량부 포함되는 것인 리튬이차전지용 음극.
- 제1항 내지 제 4항, 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 리튬이차전지용 음극을 사용하여 제조된 리튬이차전지.
- 청구항 9항에 따른 리튬이차전지를 복수개 구비하는 전지팩.
- 청구항 10항에 기재된 전지팩을 구비하는 자동차.
