Claims (10)
- 지지체로부터 각종 오염물질을 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 지지체를 양친매성 계면활성제를 포함하는 이산화탄소 유체와 접촉시키고, 상기 오염물질을 상기 양친매성 계면활성제와 회합시켜 상기 지지체로부터 분리시킨 후, 상기 분리된 오염물질을 상기 이산화탄소 유체로부터 분리할 때 사용되는 양친매성 계면활성제에 있어서, 친이산화탄소 성분은 부분 불소화된 고분자에 의해 제공되고 소이산화탄소 성분은 Methoxy poly(ethylene oxide)에 의해 제공되는 블록 공중합체로서, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계면활성제 제조방법.

상기 식에서, m은 10 내지 455이고, n은 2 내지 100이며, R은 CH2CF2CF2CF3, CH2CF2CF2CF2CF3, CH2CH2(CF2)5CF3 , CH2(CF2)6CF3 , CH2CH2(CF2)3~12CF3이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 Methoxy poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)의 말단기를 에스테르화 반응을 이용하여 거대개시제(PEO-Br)를 합성하고, PEO-Br/CuCl의 혼합된 할로겐 촉매 시스템으로 방법을 개량하여 부분 불소계 단량체와의 원자전이 라디칼 중합으로 좁은 분자량분포의 공중합체를 합성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계면활성제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 RAFT agent로 3-(benzylthiocarbonothioylthio) propanoic acid를 사용하여 Methoxy poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)의 말단기를 치환시켜 PEO-based macro-CTA를 합성하고, 불소계 단량체와의 가역적 첨가-분해 이동중합으로 금속 잔유물이 남지 않는 공중합체를 합성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계면활성제 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소이산화탄소 성분은 분자량 20,000 이하의 poly(ethylene oxide)을 사용하여 전체 분자량이 100,000 이하로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계면활성제 합성하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 제조된 계면활성제를 사용하는데 있어서, 지지체는 금속, 유리, 세라믹, 합성고분자, 천연고분자 및 천연재료 등을 포함하는 세정 방법.
- 제1항에서 제조된 계면활성제를 사용하는데 있어서, 오염물질은 극성 및 비극성 화합물, 고분자, 이온성 물질, 무기화합물, 유기화합물 형태뿐만 아니라 포토레지스트, 의약품, 먼지, 오물, 음식물찌꺼기 등을 포함하는 세정 방법.
- 제1항에서 제조된 계면활성제를 사용하는데 있어서, 이산화탄소 유체는 단독으로 사용될 수도 있고, 물이나 알코올, 산, 염기 등의 첨가제와 함께 사용되는 세정 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서 이산화탄소 유체는 첨가제와의 혼합액을 포함하여 사용하는 경우, 0.1 내지 10 중량 퍼센트의 첨가제와 함께 이용될 수 있는 세정 방법.
- 제1항에서 제조된 계면활성제를 사용하는데 있어서, 이산화탄소 내에 0.001 내지 30 중량 퍼센트로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정방법.
- 제1항에서 제조된 계면활성제를 사용하는데 있어서, 이산화탄소 유체와 오염된 지지체가 접촉하는 도중 또는 접촉하기 전에 용해 또는 분산되거나 이산화탄소의 첨가 전에 오염된 지지체와 접촉될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세정방법.
