Description
Claims (14)
- 디글리세리드를 함유하는 유지 및 액당을 함유하는 기포성 유중수형 유화 조성물로서, (a) 유지 중의 25℃ 에서의 고체지 함량이 0.5 내지 2.3 중량% 이고, (b) 유지 중의 탄소수 16 내지 18 의 불포화 디글리세리드 함유량이 40 중량% 이상이고, 및 (c) 유지 대 액당의 중량비가 1:0.5 내지 1:4 인 기포성 유중수형 유화 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비중이 0.30 내지 0.70 인 기포성 유중수형 유화 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 액당이 당농도 40 내지 80 중량% 의 액당인 기포성 유중수형 유화 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 유지 대 액당의 중량비가 1:1 내지 1:4 인 기포성 유중수형 유화 조성물.
