Claims (8)
- 연료 저장기(1) 내에 고압 하에서 저장된 연료를 두 개 이상의 상이한 높은 분사 압력으로 내연 기관의 연소실 내로 분사하기 위한 연료 분사기로서,분사기 하우징(11),상기 분사기 하우징(11) 내에서 길이 방향으로 변위 가능하게 배치되는 노즐 니들(6),상기 노즐 니들(6)에 의해서 선택적으로 개방되는 분사 노즐(7)로서, 상기 분사 노즐(7)을 통하여 연료가 상기 내연 기관의 연소실 내로 분사될 수 있는, 분사 노즐(7), 및상기 노즐 니들(6)과 상호 작용하고 연료 압력이 제공되고 상기 분사 노즐(7)을 개방하기 위해 제 1 제어 밸브(2)에 의해 압력이 경감될 수 있는 제어실(12)을 포함하고,분사되는 연료를 상승된 압력 하에서 이송하기 위한 압력 변환기(19)를 포함하며, 상기 압력 변환기(19)는 제 2 제어 밸브(8)에 의해서 작동될 수 있으며, 상기 제 2 제어 밸브는 상기 제어실(12) 내의 연료의 압력에 의해 작동되도록 상기 제어실(12)과 유압식으로 결합되며, 상기 제 2 제어 밸브(8)는 상기 제어실(12) 내부를 주도하는(prevailing) 연료 압력이 제어 피스톤 면(8b)에 제공될 수 있는 밸브 몸체(8a)를 가지며,상기 제어 피스톤 면(8b)은 라인 연결부를 통해 상기 제어실(12)에 결합되며, 상기 라인 연결부는 상기 제 2 제어 밸브(8)의 시간적인 응답 특성을 결정하는 스로틀 밸브(5)를 포함하는, 연료 분사기에 있어서,상기 제 2 제어 밸브(8)는 3/2-경로 밸브(3/2-way valve)로서 설계되고,상기 스로틀 밸브(5)는 상기 제어실(12)로부터 상기 제 2 제어 밸브(8)의 제어 피스톤 면(8b)으로 유동 방향으로 개방되는 체크 밸브(5a)에 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는,연료 분사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밸브 몸체(8a)에는 상기 제어실(12) 내부를 주도하는 연료 압력이 시간 지연으로 제공될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,연료 분사기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 압력 변환기(19)는 압력 변환 피스톤(9)을 포함하고,상기 압력 변환 피스톤은 전면에 상기 분사 노즐(7)과 연결되고 보다 작은 제 1 횡단면을 가지는 이송 용적(16)을 포함하고, 후면에 보다 큰 제 2 횡단면을 가지는 작업 용적(17)을 포함하며,상기 작업 용적(17)에는 상승된 압력 하에서 상기 압력 변환 피스톤(9)에 의한 연료의 이송을 위해 상기 제 2 제어 밸브(8)를 경유하여 연료 압력이 제공될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,연료 분사기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 압력 변환기(19)는 압력 변환 피스톤(9)을 포함하고,상기 압력 변환 피스톤은 전면에 상기 분사 노즐(7)과 연결되고 보다 작은 제 1 횡단면을 가지는 이송 용적(16)을 포함하고, 후면에 보다 큰 제 2 횡단면을 가지는 작업 용적(17)을 포함하며,상기 압력 변환 피스톤(9)의 전면에 추가로 존재하고 이송 용적(16) 및 작업 용적(17)의 횡단면 차에 상응하는 제 3 횡단면을 가지는 편차 용적(18)을 가지며,상기 편차 용적(18)은 상승된 압력 하에서 상기 압력 변환 피스톤(9)에 의한 연료의 이송을 위해 상기 제 2 제어 밸브(8)를 경유하여 압력이 경감될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는,연료 분사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어 밸브(8)는 상기 제어 밸브(8)로부터 상기 압력 변환 피스톤(9)으로 가이드 되는 라인을 누출 라인(3)에 연결하거나 또는 상기 연료 저장기(1)에 연결되는 연료 라인(15)에 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는,연료 분사기.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,압력 증가 없이 연료의 사전 분사 및/또는 사후 분사를 위해 상기 제어실(12)의 단기간 압력 경감의 경우, 상기 압력 변환기(19)의 유효 작동 없이 상기 분사 노즐(7)이 개방되며, 압력이 증가되면서 연료의 메인 분사를 위한 상기 제어실(12)의 더 긴 압력 경감의 경우, 상기 압력 변환기(19)가 유효 작동을 하면서 상기 분사 노즐이 개방되도록, 상기 제 2 제어 밸브(8)의 시간적인 응답 특성이 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는,연료 분사기.
