Claims (13)
- 나란하게 설치되어 서로 마주보는 면을 갖는 적어도 2개의 배터리 셀들과;상기 배터리 셀들의 서로 마주보는 면들 사이에 개재되는 간극유지용 구조물과;상기 간극유지용 구조물은 중앙부에 통공이 형성된 것을 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 통공은 스웰링시 서로 마주보는 배터리 셀들에서 두께가 증가되는 부분에 대응되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배터리 셀들은 직육면체로 형성되어 측면은 2개의 장측면과 2개의 단측면으로 형성되며, 상기 간극유지용 구조물은 상기 배터리 셀들의 장측면과 장측면 사이에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 간극유지용 구조물은 상기 배터리 셀들의 장측면의 가장자리를 둘러싸도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 간극유지용 구조물은 상기 배터리 셀들의 장측면의 장변 또는 단변에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 간극유지용 구조물은 상기 배터리 셀들의 장측면의 모서리부에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 간극유지용 구조물의 두께(t)는 배터리 셀의 두께가 T인 경우에 (T/10)*2 이하를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 간극유지용 구조물의 두께(t)는 배터리 셀의 두께가 5.5 mm 인 경우에 1.1 mm 이하의 범위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 간극유지용 구조물는 양면 테이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 양면 테이프는 충격을 완화할 수 있는 폼테이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배터리 팩은 상기 배터리 셀들이 전기적으로 연결된 PCM 어셈블리; 상기 배터리 셀들과 상기 PCM 어셈블리를 전기적으로 연결하는 연결 탭; 상기 배터리 셀들의 상부에서 상기 PCM 어셈블리가 내부에 수용된 상태로 결합되는 탑 케이스; 및 상기 배터리 셀들의 하부에 결합되는 버텀 케이스;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배터리 팩은 상기 배터리 셀들의 측면을 감싸는 라벨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
