- 시분할 듀플렉싱(Time Division Duplexing; TDD)을 이용하여 무선 통신 시스템에서 송신국의 송신 전력을 제어하는 방법으로서,적어도 하나가 시간에 따라 변화되는 독립적인 속도들을 갖는 사용자 데이터의 다중 채널들을, 송신을 위해 합성되는 상기 다중 채널의 속도의 함수인 제1 속도를 갖는 신호로 합성하고,상기 제1 속도를 갖는 합성된 다중 채널 신호는 송신기에 의해서 더 빠른 제2 속도를 갖는 송신 데이터 신호로 변환되어 송신되고, 상기 송신 전력은 상기 송신된 데이터의 수신기에 의해서 수신되는 데이터의 품질에 기초해서 조정되며,상기 방법은,상기 다중 채널들에서의 데이터 속도나 상기 송신 데이터 신호의 속도의 변화가 상기 데이터 신호의 속도의 변화에 연관된 데이터 품질 기반 조정에 앞서서 보상되도록 상기 송신기 스케일 팩터를 상기 제1 및 제2 속도의 함수로서 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 시스템에서의 송신국의 송신 전력 제어 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 제1 속도를 갖는 상기 합성된 다중 채널 신호는 선택된 데이터 비트의 반복에 의해서 더 빠른 상기 제2 속도를 갖는 상기 송신 데이터 신호로 변환됨으로써, 상기 송신 데이터 신호에서 비트당 에너지 대 노이즈 스펙트럼 밀도비가 증가되는 것인 무선 통신 시스템에서의 송신국의 송신 전력 제어 방법.
