Claims (5)
- 표면에 상하 두께에 비해 넓은 폭과 소정의 길이를 갖는 하부채널이 형성된 하부채널형성층과 상기 하부채널에 대응되는 상부채널을 가지며 상기 하부채널형성층 상부에 형성된 상부채널형성층을 갖는 채널소자를 포함하되,상기 채널소자의 일측에는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 마이크로유체 시료가 상기 하부채널과 상부채널로 각각 유입되기 위한 적어도 한 쌍의 유입구가 형성되고, 상기 상부 및 하부채널의 일부 구간이 상호 결합되어 상하 두께에 비해 넓은 폭과 소정의 길이를 갖는 혼합채널이 형성되며, 상기 채널소자의 타측에는 상기 혼합채널을 거친 마이크로유체 시료를 하부채널 및 상부채널로부터 각각 외부로 배출하기 위한 적어도 한 쌍의 배출구가 형성되되,상기 상하부채널형성층의 상기 유입구 영역에는 상부채널과 하부채널을 구획하기 위한 유입영역구획부가 형성되고, 상기 상하부채널형성층의 상기 배출구 영역에는 상기 하부채널과 상부채널을 구획하기 위한 배출영역구획부가 형성되어,상기 유입영역구획부에 의하여 제 1 및 제 2 마이크로유체 시료는 유입부 영역에서 분리 적층된 상태로 유동하며, 혼합채널을 통과하는 과정에서 제 1 및 제 2 마이크로유체 시료는 적층된 상태로 혼합이 이루어진 후, 혼합된 마이크로 시료 유체는 배출영역구획부에 의하여 하부채널을 통하여 외부로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 채널.
