Description
Claims (11)
- 리튬을 가역적으로 흡장·방출 가능한 활물질을 포함하는 양극과,상기 양극의 상기 활물질과 동일 조성의 활물질을 포함하는 음극과,상기 양극과 상기 음극에 개재하는 비수 전해액을 구비한 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 비수 전해액이 술포란, 3-메틸술포란, 테트라글라임, 디글라임 중 적어도 1종을 포함하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 활물질이 리튬 함유 망간 산화물을 포함하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 활물질이 2종류 이상의 리튬 함유 망간 산화물의 혼정체(混晶體)와 2종류 이상의 리튬 함유 망간 산화물의 혼합물 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 활물질이 LiCoO2, LiNiO2, LiNixCo1-XO2(0<X<1), LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 중 적어도 1종을 포함하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 양극에 접속된 양극캔과, 상기 음극에 접속된 음극캔을 더 구비하고, 상기 양극캔과 상기 음극캔은 상기 양극과 상기 음극과 상기 비수 전해액을 밀폐하는 외장캔을 구성하고, 상기 양극캔의 재질과 상기 음극캔의 재질이 동일 조성인 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 양극에 접속된 양극캔과, 상기 음극에 접속된 음극캔을 더 구비하고, 상기 양극캔과 상기 음극캔은 상기 양극과 상기 음극과 상기 비수 전해액을 밀폐하는 외장캔을 구성하고, 상기 외장캔이 알루미늄, 알루미늄 합금, 알루미늄과 스테인리스와의 클래드재, 알루미늄 합금과 스테인리스와의 클래드재 중 어느 하나로 구성된 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 양극에 접속된 양극캔과, 상기 음극에 접속된 음극캔을 더 구비하고, 상기 양극캔과 상기 음극캔은 상기 양극과 상기 음극과 상기 비수 전해액을 밀폐하는 외장캔을 구성하고, 상기 외장캔이 철, 니켈, 크롬 중 적어도 1종을 포함하고, 또한 공식(孔食) 지수가 22 이상의 합금으로 구성된 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 양극에 접속된 양극캔과, 상기 음극에 접속된 음극캔을 더 구비하고, 상기 양극캔과 상기 음극캔은 상기 양극과 상기 음극과 상기 비수 전해액을 밀폐하는 외장캔을 구성하고, 상기 양극캔과 상기 음극캔이 대칭 형상인 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 리튬을 가역적으로 흡장·방출 가능한 활물질을 포함하는 양극을 제작하는 단계와,상기 양극의 상기 활물질과 동일 조성의 활물질을 포함하는 음극을 제작하는 단계와,상기 양극과 상기 음극에 비수 전해액을 개재시키는 단계와,상기 양극과 상기 음극과의 사이에서 충전시킴으로써 전압을 발생시키는 단계를 구비한 비수 전해액 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- 리튬을 가역적으로 흡장·방출 가능한 활물질을 포함하는 양극과, 상기 양극의 상기 활물질과 동일 조성의 활물질을 포함하는 음극과, 상기 양극과 상기 음극에 개재하는 비수 전해액을 갖는 비수 전해액 이차 전지를 0.1V 이하의 상태에서 리플로우에 의해 기판에 실장하는 단계와,실장 후에 상기 비수 전해액 이차 전지를 충전하는 단계를 구비한 비수 전해액 이차 전지의 실장 방법.
