Claims (7)
- 방전플라즈마 소결법을 이용한 강화백금을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,지르코늄(Zr), 사마륨(Sm), 이트륨(Y), 유러퓸(Eu), 또는 하프늄(Hf)의 산화물이 분산된 강화백금분말을 습식법 및 건식법에 의해 제조하는 단계와,상기의 제조된 강화백금분말을 진공분위기 중 1300℃ ∼ 1500℃의 온도에서 탈가스처리하는 단계와,상기의 탈가스처리된 분말을 몰드에 충진후 챔버내에 셋팅하여 감압 후, 가압 및 전류를 인가하여 방전플라즈마 소결을 행한 후 노냉하는 단계와,상기의 소결체를 대기열처리에 의해 카본 시트를 제거하는 단계와,상기의 카본시트가 제거된 소결체에 대해서, 냉간가공을 통하여 가공조직을 부여하는 단계와,상기의 냉간가공된 강화백금의 미세조직을 재결정화 하기 위한 열처리 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 강화백금의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지르코늄(Zr), 사마륨(Sm), 이트륨(Y), 유러퓸(Eu), 또는 하프늄(Hf) 산화물의 양은 0.02wt% ~ 5wt%를 특징으로 하는 강화백금의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기의 강화백금분말 제조시 입경이 0.1 ~ 20㎛의 분말을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화백금의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 방전플라즈마 소결시 인가되는 압력은 10 ~ 50MPa 인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화백금의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,냉간가공에 있어서 가공량은, 압하율이 60%이상으로 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화백금의 제조방법.
