Claims (6)
- 매설된 하수피트에 집수된 하수를 진공관로를 통해 흡입한 다음 압송관로를 통해 하폐수처리장으로 압송시키는 진공펌프장에 있어서,상부가 개구된 통형상으로 상기 진공관로와 압송관로가 관통되어 내부에 설치되고, 일측에 외부에서 연장된 공기관이 관통되어 내부에 설치되며, 상기 개구된 상부를 덮을 수 있는 크기의 맨홀 덮개를 포함하여 지하에 매설되는 집수탱크 피트와;내부공간을 가지는 통형상으로, 상기 집수탱크 피트내에 설치되어 상기 진공관로와 압송관로 및 공기관의 일측이 연통되게 설치되는 집수탱크와;내부공간을 가지는 캐비넷 형상으로, 내부에 상기 공기관의 타측과 연통되는 2개의 진공펌프와, 상기 2개의 진공펌프와 연통되게 설치되어 흡입한 가스 중에 포함된 수분을 제거하는 배기쿨러와, 상기 배기쿨러와 연통되게 설치되고 내부에 활성탄이 채워져 흡입한 가스 중에 포함된 유해가스와 냄새를 제거하는 탈취장치와, 상기 집수탱크 내의 하수수위와 진공압력을 측정하여 측정값에 따라 상기 진공펌프의 작동을 제어하는 제어반을 형성하여 상기 집수탱크 피트와 일정거리 떨어진 지상에 설치되는 제어함;을 포함하여 구성되고,상기 진공관로와 압송관로의 일측에는 제어반과 회로연결되어 이송되는 하수의 흡입·압송을 제어하는 체크밸브가 형성되고, 상기 공기관의 일측에는 진공펌프의 작동에 따라 집수탱크 내의 공기를 흡입하거나 외부공기를 강제유입시키는 것을 조절하는 밸브가 형성되며;상기 집수탱크의 일측에는 탱크내의 하수수위를 측정하는 수위조절장치와, 탱크내의 압력을 측정하는 압력게이지를 포함하고, 상기 수위조절장치와 압력게이지는 상기 제어반과 회로연결되고;상기 집수탱크 피트에는 집수탱크 피트 내에 고인 하수를 흡입하여 배출하도록 상부측은 집수탱크에 연통되고 상기 집수탱크 피트의 하부측까지 연장되게 설치되며, 일측에는 에어벤트 밸브가 형성된 피트 흡입관이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 하수수집 시스템용 매설형 진공펌프장.
