Claims (5)
- 선박의 도색 작업 등을 위하여 공기를 가열하여 공급하기 위한 열풍기에 있어서,열풍기의 기본 골격을 이루는 본체;상기 열풍기의 한쪽에 마련되는 것으로서, 입구 측에 마련되는 필터, 상기 필터를 통과하는 공기를 가열하기 위하여 히터박스에 내장되는 전기히터, 상기 히터박스에 장착되는 저온용 서모스탯 및 고온용 서모스탯을 포함하여 구성되는 히터 유닛;상기 히터 유닛과 연결되는 것으로서, 가열된 공기를 토출하는 통로인 토출부, 상기 토출부에 가열된 공기를 강제 송풍하기 위한 송풍기 팬 및 상기 송풍기 팬에 회전력을 부여하기 위한 구동모터를 포함하여 구성되는 송풍기 유닛;상기 히터 유닛과 송풍기 유닛에 연결되어 상기 히터 유닛과 송풍기 유닛의 작동을 제어하는 제어부;상기 본체의 필터 측에 마련되는 습도센서 및 상기 제어부에 연결되는 습도조절기를 포함하여 구성되는 습도조절 유닛;상기 히터 유닛의 출구 측에 마련되어 가열된 공기의 온도를 측정하기 위한 열전대를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박 도색용 열풍기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전기히터는 상하로 서로 평행하게 배열되는 다수의 핀히터로 이루어지는 히터군이 공기의 유동방향을 따라 다수개 배치되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박 도색용 열풍기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어부와 상기 전기히터 사이 및 상기 제어부와 상기 구동모터 사이에는 타이머가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박 도색용 열풍기.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제어부에는 예약운전 기능을 위한 스위치가 마련되어 익일 가동시간을 예약할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박 도색용 열풍기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 히터박스에는 전기히터를 냉각하기 위하여 외부의 공기 압축기에 연결되는 공기 공급기가 마련되고 상기 공기 공급기는 전자밸브에 연결되어 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박 도색용 열풍기.
