Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 발광 유기층이 상부 전극 및 하부 전극 사이에 배치되는 층 배치를 갖고, 상기 층 배치는 스위칭-오프 상태에서 투명하고 스위칭-온 상태에서 상기 상부 전극 및 하부 전극에 전압을 인가함으로써 상기 발광 유기층에서 광이 생성되어 방출되고, 상기 광은 상기 상부 전극 또는 하부 전극을 통해 4:1 또는 그 이상의 비율로 방출되는, 유기 발광 다이오드(OLED)와 같은 투명 발광 소자로서,가시광선 스펙트럼 영역에서 투명하고 상이한 굴절율들을 갖는 2개 이상의 물질들의 유전체층들로 이루어진 적층부가 상기 상부 전극 또는 하부 전극의 측면 상에 배치되고,상기 유전체층들은 각각의 경우 (n×λ/4)의 층 두께를 가지며, 여기서 n=1, 2, ...이고, λ는 방출되는 광의 파장이고,균일한 층 두께를 갖는 상기 적층부에 다수의 반사 대역들이 사용될 수 있도록, 상기 발광 유기층에서 생성되는 광의 상이한 스펙트럼 성분들에 대해 상기 적층부에 의한 반사를 위해 상이한 차수들(orders)의 상기 유전체층들의 적층부가 사용되는, 투명 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,90%를 초과하는 높은 반사력을 갖는 상기 유전체층들의 적층부의 스펙트럼 반사 영역과 상기 발광 유기층에서 생성되는 광의 방출 스펙트럼은 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 중첩되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 발광 소자.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유전체층들의 적층부는 상기 상부 전극 또는 하부 전극에 직접 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광 유기층은 다수의 층들을 가진 층 시퀀스로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 층 배치는 백색광을 방출하도록 형성되고, 상기 백색광은 상기 발광 유기층에서 형성되는 광의 다수의 스펙트럼 성분들로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 발광 소자.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발광 유기층은 유기 발광 다이오드에서 형성되고, 추가적인 발광 유기층을 갖는 하나 이상의 추가적인 유기 발광 다이오드가 형성되며, 상기 유기 발광 다이오드와 상기 하나 이상의 추가적인 유기 발광 다이오드는 하나가 다른 하나 상부에 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유전체층들의 적층부의 유전체층들의 일부 또는 전부는 각각의 경우 상이한 굴절율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유전체층들의 적층부에서 상기 유전체층들의 일부분 또는 전부에 대해 변조된 굴절율 분포가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 발광 소자.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 변조된 굴절율 분포는 진동하는(oscillating) 방식으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유전체층들의 적층부에서 상기 유전체층들의 일부분 또는 전부에 대해 연속적으로 증가/감소하는 굴절율들의 시퀀스가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 발광 소자.
