Claims (16)
- 내부에 광원(2;12)이 배치되어 있는 광 투과 램프 용기(1;11)를 포함하는 전기 램프에 있어서,상기 전기 램프는 가시 영역 내에서 스펙트럼 전이를 보이는 광 흡수 매체(6;16)를 포함하며,상기 전기 램프(1;11)의 적어도 일부는 간섭막(5;15)을 구비하며,상기 광 흡수 매체(6;16)에 의해 투과된 광의 스펙트럼 투과율 T는 △λ≤75nm의 파장 범위 내에서 T≤0.15에서 T≥0.75로 변하는전기 램프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,파장 범위 400≤λ≤690nm 에서의 상기 간섭막(5;15)의 반사율 R의 변화는 10 %보다 작은전기 램프.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 간섭막(5;15)의 반사율 R의 범위는 0.50≤R≤0.90인전기 램프.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서,상기 램프 용기(1)의 벽은 상기 광 흡수 매체를 포함하는전기 램프.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서,상기 광 흡수 매체(6;16)는 상기 램프 용기(11) 및 상기 간섭막(15) 사이에 위치하는 광 흡수 코팅부를 포함하는전기 램프.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 광 흡수 층의 두께 tabs 범위는 5nm≤tabs≤5㎛ 인전기 램프.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서,상기 광 흡수 매체는, 유기적으로 개질된 실란(organically modifed silane)을 졸-겔 프로세스(sol-gel process)에 의해 변화시킴으로써 획득될 수 있는 망상 조직(network)을 포함하며,상기 유기적으로 개질된 실란은 구조식 RISi(ORII)3 의 화합물에 의해 형성된 그룹으로부터 선택되며,상기 RI는 알킬기 또는 아릴기(aryl group)를 포함하며,상기 RII는 알킬기를 포함하는전기 램프.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 RI 그룹은 CH3 또는 C6H5 를 포함하는전기 램프.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 RII그룹은 CH3 또는 C2H5를 포함하는전기 램프.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서,상기 전기 램프는 동작 시에 유색 광을 방사하며, 오프 상태에서는 무채색 외관을 갖는전기 램프.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서,상기 광 흡수 매체(6;16)는 호박색(amber-colored) 또는 적색 투과성을 포함하는전기 램프.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,호박색 투과성을 갖는 상기 광 흡수 매체(6;16)는 화학식이 C22H6C18N4O2이고 C.I.56280인 크로모프탈 옐로우(chromophtal yellow) 또는 화학식이 C37H21N5O4이고 C.I.60645인 옐로우 안트라퀴논(yellow anthraquinone)인전기 램프.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,적색 투과성을 갖는 상기 광 흡수 매체(6;16)는 화학식이 C28H16N2O4 이고 C.I. 65300인 크로모프탈 레드인전기 램프.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서,상기 간섭막(5;15)은 제 1 층과 제 2 층이 교대로 된 층들을 포함하되, 상기 제 1 층의 굴절률은 상기 제 2 층의 굴절률보다 높은전기 램프.
- 삭제
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 간섭막(5;15)의 상기 제 1 층은 티타늄 산화물, 탄탈륨 산화물, 지르코늄 산화물, 니오븀 산화물, 하프늄 산화물, 실리콘 질화물 및 이들의 조합으로 형성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질을 포함하는전기 램프.
