Claims (7)
- CMOS 광송신기 내에 광원 구동 회로에 있어서,바이어스 전원에 의해 조절되어 구동전류를 공급하는 정전류원과;상기 정전류원과 외부에서 수신된 차동 입력 신호에 따라 구동하는 제1 및 제2 회로부와;상기 입력된 신호를 출력 광신호로 변환하는 광원과;상기 광원의 부하를 균형 조정하는 부하 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 구동형 광원 구동 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정전류원은 P-채널 금속 산화물 반도체를 포함하여 전류원으로 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 구동형 광원 구동 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 회로부는 각각, P-채널 금속 산화물 반도체를 포함하여 차동 입력 신호에 따라 레일-투-레일 전압 스윙하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 구동형 광원 구동 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광원은 상기 제1 회로부의 출력에 연결되는 수직 공동 표면 방출 레이저로 이루어져 차동 출력의 낮은 전압으로 스윙하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 구동형 광원 구동 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부하 소자는 상기 제2 회로부의 출력에 연결되어 상기 광원의 저주파수 임피던스와 동일한 임피던스를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 구동형 광원 구동 회로.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 부하 소자는 상기 광원에 전송되는 파형에 오류를 방지하기 위해 제1 회로부와 제2 회로부를 정합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 구동형 광원 구동 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류 구동형 광원 구동 회로는 차동 입력 신호에 따라 구동하는 직렬 전송 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류 구동형 광원 구동 회로.
