Claims (3)
- 전원공급용 인쇄회로기판(PCB)과 소오스 PCB 및 게이트 PCB를 구비한 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 전원공급용 PCB는, 입력전압을 수신하여 액정표시장치에 필요한 전원전압으로 강하시켜 발생하는 강압 회로부와, 상기 강압 회로부로 부터의 전원전압과 영상신호를 입력하여 디스플레이 장치에 필요한 데이타 전압을 생성하고 이 데이타 전압을 표시패널에 정확하게 디스플레이 하기 위한 제 1 및 제 2 콘트롤 신호를 발생하는 데이타 및 콘트롤 신호 발생부를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 소오스 PCB는, 상기 입력전압을 수신하여 데이타기준전압을 승압시켜 발생하는 승압 회로부와, 상기 데이타기준전압과 상기 제 1 및 제 2 콘트롤 신호를 수신하여 온/오프 전압을 발생하는 전하 펌프 회로부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구동전압 발생회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 승압 회로부는,상기 입력전압을 수신하여 상기 데이타기준전압을 발생하는 가변형 리니어 레귤레이터와, 상기 데이타기준전압을 전송하는 제 1 노드와 접지전압 사이에 직렬로 연결된 제 1 및 제 2 저항과, 상기 제 1 노드와 접지전압 사이에 접속된 제 1 캐패시터를 구비하며,상기 제 1 저항과 제 2 저항 사이에 접속된 제 2 노드의 신호를 상기 리니어 레귤레이터로 피드백 입력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구동전압 발생회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전하 펌프 회로부는,상기 제 1 콘트롤 전압과 제 3 노드 사이에 접속된 제 2 캐패시터와, 상기 제 3 노드에 캐소드가 접속되고 상기 데이타기준전압을 전송하는 제 1 노드에 애노드가 접속된 제 1 다이오드와, 상기 제 3 노드에 애노드가 접속되고 온 전압을 전송하는 제 4 노드에 캐소드가 접속된 제 2 다이오드와, 상기 제 4 노드와 접지전압 사이에 접속된 제 3 캐패시터로 구성되며,상기 제 2 콘트롤 전압과 제 5 노드 사이에 접속된 제 4 캐패시터와, 상기 제 5 노드에 애노드가 접속되고 접지전압에 캐소드가 접속된 제 3 다이오드와, 상기 제 5 노드에 캐소드가 접속되고 오프 전압을 전송하는 제 6 노드에 애노드가 접속된 제 4 다이오드와, 상기 제 6 노드와 접지전압 사이에 접속된 제 5 캐패시터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구동전압 발생회로.
