Claims (6)
- 캠 플레이트형 회전 압축기로서,하우징 내의 일 측에 유체 유입 역할을 하는 개구를 구비한 실린더;상기 실린더의 중앙에 위치한 회전축;중심이 상기 회전축에서 편심되어 있는 상태로 상기 회전축의 외측 부위에 구비되어 회전축의 동력을 전달받는 원형의 편심베어링;상기 편심베어링을 감싸는 원형의 로터;상기 실린더의 외측으로 돌출 연장된 지지부;상기 실린더의 개구 부위를 덮되, 상기 지지부와의 접촉부위를 중심으로 상기 로터의 선회 운동에 의해 그려지는 궤적에 따라 유동되는 누름판;일 단은 상기 누름판의 상부에 결합되고, 타 단은 탄성력을 조절하는 압력조절 볼트와 압력조절 너트가 장착된 압력조절 스프링;압축된 유체를 토출하는 토출공;으로 이루어져,상기 회전축의 회전 시 상기 누름판의 압력에 의하여 로터의 회전 없이 상기 편심 베어링만 회전이 되고, 상기 로터는 상기 실린더의 내벽을 따라 이동을 함으로써 이에 구름 접촉된 상기 누름판이 캠 궤적을 그리며 유동되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캠 플레이트형 회전 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 토출공은,상기 실린더에서 측면 외측으로 관통되어 있되, 상기 로터의 1회 행정이 종료되는 상기 실린더 내부 지점에 형성되어 있어 유체 흡입 시에는 상기 로터에 의하여 닫혀 있다가 압축 시에는 열려지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캠 플레이트형 회전 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압력조절 스프링의 외측 단에는 상기 하우징을 관통하여 형성된 로드가 결합되어 있고, 상기 로드에서 상기 하우징과 접촉한 부위에 상기 압력조절너트를 구비하고, 상기 로드의 끝단에 상기 압력조절 볼트를 장착하여,상기 압력조절 볼트의 조임으로 상기 압력조절 스프링의 탄성력을 조절하고, 상기 압력조절 너트의 조임으로 특정 탄성력을 유지하도록 상기 압력조절 스프링의 길이를 고정 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캠 플레이트형 회전 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 누름판은 상기 로터 방향으로 돌출된 돌출부와 상기 돌출부에서 측 방향으로 연장된 플레이트 형상의 블레이드로 구성되어 있되,상기 돌출부는, 상기 지지부와 접촉하는 지지부 접촉부와 상기 로터의 외주 면과 접하도록 곡률지게 형성된 로터 접촉부를 구비하며 전체적으로 상기 지지부 접촉부와 상기 로터 접촉부의 접점인 첨단부와 더불어 삼각 형상을 가지는 것을 특 징으로 하는, 캠 플레이트형 회전 압축기.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 로터 접촉부와 상기 블레이드의 경계점에 변곡점을 더 구비하고,상기 로터 접촉부는 상기 첨단부에서 상기 변곡점에 이르기까지 상기 로터의 외주 면보다 완만한 호 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캠 플레이트형 회전 압축기.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 지지부 접촉부는 상기 지지부의 길이의 70 내지 90%의 길이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 캠 플레이트형 회전 압축기.
