Claims (13)
- 셀을 형성하여 이루어지는 복수의 허니컴 유닛끼리를 시일재층을 개재하여 접착하여 이루어지는 허니컴 구조체로서, 상기 시일재층이, 무기 바인더와 입자 직경 0.01∼100㎛ 인 산화물 입자를 함유하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,복수 개의 상기 허니컴 유닛을 접합하여 이루어지는 허니컴 블록의 최외주부에는 이 허니컴 블록의 최외주부를 포위하듯이 시일재층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 시일재층 중의 산화물 입자는 알루미나, 지르코니아, 티타니아 및 실리카 중에서 선택되는 어느 1종 이상의 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 산화물 입자의 입자 직경이 0.1∼75㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 유닛은 산화물 세라믹스로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 유닛은 표면에 산화물층을 갖는 세라믹스로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 산화물층은 그 두께가, 1㎚∼1㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 유닛의 시일재층과 접하는 측의 표면은 조도 (Ra) 가 1.0∼30㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 유닛은 셀 양단 개구부의 어느 한쪽이 밀봉재에 의해서 밀봉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 유닛에는 셀벽 표면에 촉매가 담지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,차량의 배기 가스 정화 장치로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 무기 바인더와 입자 직경이 0.01∼100㎛ 인 산화물 입자를 함유하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체용 시일재.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 산화물 입자는 알루미나, 지르코니아, 티타니아 및 실리카 중에서 선택되는 어느 1종 이상의 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체용 시일재.
