Claims (13)
- 개질촉매, 시프트촉매, 및 산화촉매를 포함하는 축방향으로 다수의 통로를 가지는 원주형의 촉매부재를 회전시키면서, 탄화수소 또는 지방족 알콜과 수증기의 혼합 가스를, 상기 촉매부재의 단면의 일부의 축방향 통로를 왕로(往路)로 하고, 상기 단면의 다른 부분의 축방향 통로를 복로(復路)로 하여 일회 왕복시키는 동안에, 개질반응, 시프트반응을 행하여, 수소를 회수하도록 함과 동시에, 상기 왕로 및 복로 중 적어도 하나를 통해 산소 함유 가스를 유입하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 산화 내부 가열형 개질 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉매 부재는 개질 촉매층, 시프트 촉매층 및 산화 촉매층이 축방향으로 적층된 것임을 특징으로 하는 자기 산화 내부 가열형 개질 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉매 부재는 상기 산화 촉매와 상기 개질 촉매를 혼합하여 이루어진 혼합 촉매층과, 시프트 촉매층이 축방향으로 적층된 것임을 특징으로 하는 자기 산화 내부 가열형 개질 방법.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 있어서,상기 산화 촉매의 일부는 다른 산화 촉매층을 형성하고, 상기 산화 촉매의 나머지는 개질 촉매와 혼합에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 산화 내부 가열형 개질 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 촉매 부재는 산화 촉매층을 복로의 최종층으로 함으로써, 복로에 존재하는 전환되지 않은 CO 가스를 잔존하는 산소에 의해 선택 산화하여 CO2로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 산화 내부 가열형 개질 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 개질 반응은 4-11kg/cm2의 조작 압력 범위에서 달성되고, 상기 방법은 발생가스의 수소 농도를 높임과 동시에 발생 가스로부터 일산화탄소를 제거하기 위하여 외부막 분리 장치를 통하여 발생 가스를 통과시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 산화 내부 가열형 개질 방법.
- 단면 원통형의 바닥이 있는 원통형 프레임 안에, 단면 원주형으로 축방향으로 다수의 통로를 설치한 촉매부재를 전동기를 포함하는 회전구동장치에 의해 회전할 수 있도록 지지하는 한편, 칸막이벽에 의해 이 촉매부재의 바로 위에 독립한 2개의 정지된 공간을 형성하고, 한 쪽 공간에는 탄화수소 또는 지방족 알콜과 수증기의 혼합가스를 유입하기 위한 유입구를 설치하고, 다른 쪽 공간에는 수소를 회수하기 위한 유출구를 설치하여, 상기 유입구, 및 상기 원통형 프레임의 저부 공간에 설치한 산소유입구 중 적어도 하나를 산소의 유입구로서 사용하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 산화 내부 가열형 개질 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,촉매부재 위의 독립된 2개의 공간의 상류측에 격벽에 의해 독립된 챔버를 더욱 설치하고, 이 챔버에 개질원료가스를 포함하지 않는 가스의 유입구를 설치하며, 이 가스에 의해, 왕로로부터 복로로 회전하고 있는 촉매부재의 통로 안에 가득 차 있는 미반응 가스를 상기 원통형 프레임의 저부 공간까지 소기하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 산화 내부 가열형 개질 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 소기 가스는 산소와 수증기의 혼합 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 산화 내부 가열형 개질 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 촉매 부재는 개질 촉매층, 시프트 촉매층, 산화 촉매층이 축방향으로 적층된 것임을 특징으로 하는 자기 산화 내부 가열형 개질 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 촉매 부재는 산화 촉매와 개질 촉매를 혼합하여 이루어진 혼합 촉매층과, 시프트 촉매층이 축방향으로 적층된 것임을 특징으로 하는 자기 산화 내부 가열형 개질 장치.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 산화 촉매의 일부는 다른 산화 촉매층을 형성하고, 상기 산화 촉매의 나머지는 개질 촉매와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 산화 내부 가열형 개질 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 촉매 부재는 산화 촉매층을 복로의 최종층으로 함으로써, 복로에 존재하는 전환되지 않은 CO 가스를 잔존하는 산소에 의해 선택 산화하여 CO2로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 산화 내부 가열형 개질 장치.
